Everything was perfect!!

The condo was super comfy & clean! My family had a great time! We would definitely stay here again. The property manger was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Plenty of towels and bathroom essentials provided. We loved the new golf cart. Convenient location in the resort. Loved everything about it! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Space

Perfect place for our family! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The convenience of riding the cart to so many places was a big positive. I hope we can stay in this beautiful condo again!

Friendcation

Myself along with 5 other adults and 6 children spent several days at this home. It was beautiful, clean and spacious! We had the BEST time. Communication with the property owners or company that takes care of it was always available and quickly replied with whatever we needed. The area was safe and overall the experience was better than we could have hoped for. There are a few things that I would suggest if you’re staying in this rental-we ran out of toilet paper fairly quickly but thankfully we had brought extra. When they say they have the bare minimum as far as seasonings for cooking, they mean it! They didn’t even have pepper. The WiFi did not work most of the time which was fine because we were busy but definitely something to note. Also, there was no broom! With little kids we definitely needed a broom and a dust pan. I went back and read the description again and I felt like they could have been more specific on exactly what they don’t have that would be beneficial. Besides these small things, the time we spent there was great! Lots of memories made and would stay again for sure! I’ll recommend them in the future as well!

Great location and amenities

Two families stayed here and we had a great time. It’s even nicer than the photos. Very much appreciated the golf cart usage as well as all of the beach extras- chairs, boogie boards, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Flooding Prone!!! AVOID Property If There Is a Rain Shower on the Radar!

We stayed at this property for a bachelorette weekend at the spa. The property was beautiful and spacious, but it absolutely FLOODED through the front door and walls after a rain storm within a few hours of us checking in (note that this was not a tropical storm or hurricane). There was at least an inch of water pooled on the floor in multiple rooms, which we have pictures and videos of. We were told when we contacted property management that this has happened in this unit before. Maintenance brought us bag loads of towels to try to soak up all of the water, but we had to deal with missing our dinner reservations and soaking wet rugs and luggage all weekend. Property management told us we may be able to relocate, but they did not have another available property in Miramar Beach. Since we had a special weekend planned there and had already unpacked and set up, relocating would have been a huge inconvenience and would have taken up a lot of time we did not have to spare. I asked for a refund for our first night since this was such a burden, but property management told me they would not "provide refunds for acts of nature as mentioned in [their] rental policy." I want to warn other renters that if there is any rain on the radar (which is a common occurrence in Florida), avoid renting this property! The flooding seems to be a recurring issue they are neither willing to resolve nor provide compensation for. It's nasty and will take up a lot of time on your vacation.

Greta place to stay, definitely needs more supplies though

Property was beautiful, open, and clean. Easy getting to as well. Parking was super easy we always had space. We had a few issues with the amenities. We ran out of toilet paper within the first 20 hours and there was none to be found anywhere, there was two trash bags, and we definitely needed more for cleaning. There was a keirug but no pods, every rental or Vrbo I’ve been too has always had pods if there was a, so even just a note before hand saying no coffee available would of been helpful so we could of gotten some before rather than spending time opening every single drawer and cabinet around the keirug. Our biggest concern was the outlets, they were very very very loose and unsafe. Definitely a fire hazard.

Vacation 2022

The property was simply amazing!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The minute we walked in, we were immediately impressed with the look, smell and feel of cleanliness. This was especially important to us. The storage closet was filled with anything you could need for the beach. The golf cart was also an added plus. We loved everything about this listing. Can’t wait to book again in the future!!

Nice Condo

Condo is better than advertised. High Ceilings made the place feel huge. Storage closet had beach equipment which was a plus. 6 seater golf cart took us everywhere. We flew in and had a car service drop us off at the condo. The golf cart was all we needed. Grocery and restaurants are all accessible by cart (Publix and Craft Bar).

Nice home. Comfortable for our group. Could have used a few more items in the kitchen such as serving spoons, and kitchen wear. Half rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extra. Other than that it was good.

We enjoyed our trip so much! My only complaint is that the bicycles were all broken and the dryer didn’t dry well. Other than that the place is wonderful.

Very Beautiful Condo!

This property is beautiful, clean, and extremely spacious. The kitchen, dining room, and living room space is perfect for accommodating a large group or family for breakfast, game night, etc. The property includes literally almost everything you will need such as kitchen supplies, beach toys for kids, bikes, golf cart etc! We didn't have to purchase or worry about anything,

Everything was great except for the dryer doesn’t completely dry the clothes. We have to put clothes to dry 2 times for them be completely dry. Great experience!!!
