This stunning 3948 sq. ft 6 BR/ 5.5BA three level home features expansive balconies and plenty of outdoor seating, an elevator, hardwood and travertine tile floors, granite and marble countertops and 3 bedrooms & 2 living areas with Gulf views.
The gated courtyard with a gas grill provides the perfect place to prepare the fresh catch of the day. The first floor hosts 2 Gulf front bedrooms. The king bedroom has it's own wet bar with a Keurig, sink, ice maker, and beverage cooler, and 42" tv. The Gulf front queen bedroom has a 50" tv, ensuite bathroom walk-in shower, pedestal and vanity sinks, and private water closet. This unique bathroom, divided by pocket doors, is shared by the king bedroom. There is direct balcony and beach access from both bedrooms and the living area.
The second floor living area features a huge great room furnished with a comfy sofa, two oversized chairs and a 50” TV. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, a Viking gas oven, wine cooler, warming drawer, wall electric oven, convection oven and more. The dining room provides seating for six. There is a large bunk room on this level with 2 full-size beds, 2 twin beds, a 32” inch TV and a private bathroom with a huge marble walk-in shower with a marble bench, separate bath tub and marble vanity.
A master bedroom suite overlooking the Gulf is situated on the third floor. This bedroom has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV and master bathroom with a walk-in shower, spa tub, dual vanities and a queen sleeping sofa. This floor also features two separate queen bedrooms with 32” inch flat screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and marble vanities.
You are in walking distance of Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli Kitchen, Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, Emerald Coast Wine Cellar, Alvin's Island Beach Store, & Dairy Queen. Plenty of water sports and outdoor activities abound in the area.

Parking available for up to 4-5 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions. No tents or canopies on the beach per HOA.
