Great beach trip!

Very nice accommodations, and contact with property owners was great. Provided all the information we needed for check in and included follow up once we were there. Would highly recommend.

Folks if you get a chance please stay at the beach within reach, summit 105! Our family had a great time! Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was in premium condition and was so nice!

We just love the Tops'l resort area. It was close to everything we wanted to do and the pool and hot tub we literally like 4 units down the sidewalk from us. The beach was a very close walk also and if that is an issue they ran a free tram service from all of the properties right up to the beach ramp access. Can't get much better than that. The condo was clean and kitchen was great for us to cook our own meals and feed 6 people easily from. There's pickleball, a workout fitness area, and putt putt golf course around the pickleball courts. The beach chair/umbrella setup was definitely nice. We loved the facility and felt safe there as well with the guard shack monitoring who comes in and out 24 hours a day.

Great location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Bottom floor was best for us. Swimming pool was less than a minute from the back balcony! Beach was about 5 minute walk.

This is our 2nd time staying at Tops’l. The location of this unit being on the first floor was great. While it did not have a view, we were able to walk right to the pool and didn’t have to wait for elevators. The condo was quiet and we did not have pool noise or noise above. It took us about 7 minutes to walk to the beach.Communication was great. We did have some small issues upon arrival but there was a maintenance worker there within 30 minutes.Cons: the furniture and decor could use some upgrades and the 2nd bedroom was VERY stuffy (they had an extra fan which was nice.) The pros definitely outweigh the cons and we would stay here again.

I had a wonderful three-night stay at the Summit Resort. The condo was clean, spacious, and conveniently located on the first floor, which made unloading groceries and luggage much easier, especially with the help of the provided luggage carts. One of the highlights was the trolley service to the beach, which was a very convenient option. We brought our wagon to transport beach items, which worked out well. The condo included a beach umbrella and chairs, which we appreciated, but I would recommend investing in a few more chairs and a larger or additional umbrella. The one provided was a bit small, and while we rented one from the beach, the rental stand wasn’t always open, depending on the time of day. We didn’t use the wagon on the balcony since it was being used to store chairs and beach toys, but that setup worked fine for us. Overall, the condo was excellent, and I would rent it again. Just a few small upgrades would make the beach experience even better!

Summit at Tops'l

The property was very nice as was the condo. There were a few issues with the condo: we could not open the sliding glass doors in the living room, the toilet paper holder in the main bathroom was broken, as was one of the towel rods.

Just ok....

Blinds did not go all the way down in the master bedroom, some were broken. Unit just looked very old/not kept up. Beds were not comfortable. We did enjoy the restaurant and the Tiki Bar.

Winter get away

This was our first time as snowbirds for an extended period of time. The booking process was flawless and communications with the hosts exceeded expectations. Checkin process was very easy and security at the site was fantastic. There were a few minor issues when we first got into the unit(alarm in the next unit and smoke alarm in the master). Everything was handled quickly and courteously by the owners, maintenance and security. The location of the unit was perfect for us. Quick walk to the heated pool, which was used almost daily. The walk to the beach was extremely easy and my husband took full advantage of the fitness center. We did pay additional for the fitness center but the charge was minimal and well worth it. The beach was absolutely fantastic and we took many walks and relaxing lounging with our toes in the water. The condo itself was very comfortable and we appreciated the washer, dryer and well appointed kitchen. We will definitely be looking at this location with these hosts in the future.

Beautiful Location

The location and amenities provided with this rental are beyond amazing. The condo itself needed some work in order for it to feel worth it’s price, in my opinion. The shower does not stay hot/warm long enough to wash body and hair, you can Forget trying to shave! This seemed rather odd to me! The shower curtain in master bath needs to be replaced desperately! It has rust and mineral stains all over the inside liner. Easy fix, just needs to be done. The king bed mattress is not comfortable. I will always give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this was pretty bad. (another easy fix) We had one small issue at the house but the operations staff addressed it immediately & were amazing. Overall, the grounds, the pool, the beach access etc… WORTH IT! We had such a wonderful trip and really enjoyed staying here!!

I had the chance to stay in this property for the first time the weekend of August 26th through 29th, a perfect time of the year to visit the beach. I arrived late (10pm or so) on Thursday evening and was greeted by a welcoming and helpful gate guard. The resort grounds were very well maintained. As I entered the condo after a five-plus hour drive, it was nice to see that lamps were turned on throughout the condo and tranquil music was playing on all the TVs throughout the unit. A little thing, but it set the tone for a nice stay. The unit was larger than I expected with a sizeable living and dining area, as well as a decent sized kitchen that opened to the dining area. The master bedroom was spacious, as was the 2nd bedroom with plenty of room throughout for a large family. The condo was very clean and appeared to be well-maintained. The kitchen appliances must have recently been bought as they looked to be brand new. The unit has a private back patio that faces a wooded area. While there are no views of the beach, it was nice to sit out back and look at nature instead of other condos. In addition to a place to sit, numerous beach toys, a beach umbrella and even a beach cart were also there for the using. The walk to the beach was an easy one taking just over 4 minutes at a leisurely place. This stretch of the beach is beautiful with no more condos as you look left, just single-family homes for a short distance. As a result, lots of room on the beach for those that prefer to socially distance from other people. For folks who prefer the pool or who have kids who want to swim, there is a nice pool directly adjacent to the building, as well as another pool that sits beachfront and includes a nice poolside bar. A nice condo, a beautiful stretch of beach, a pool next to the building with another adjacent to the beach that includes a bar and clean restrooms. I will definitely be back.

Spring break

It’s always nice to get away for spring break. But when you’re told that there will be a blow dryer and there is not. Then you realize you only have 2 minutes of warm water before it becomes room temperature. So you call the manager to tell them about the problems. And never get a call back. Very disappointing. The beds are also due for replacement as they are very lumpy and make for less than restful sleep. Just food for thought. Otherwise, great area and easy to get around.

We greatly enjoyed this condo. My husband had to cancel at the last minute and it was myself and two teenage boys. We felt very safe and the resort is fantastic. The condo was a perfect size and had everything we needed for the beach (easy 5 min walk)- boogie boards, chairs and cooler. When we had a small issue with the TVs, the operations manager, Chris, came out on his day off to solve it. Would definitely book this condo again.
