This property was beautiful and offered so much during our stay. The cleanliness was phenomenal! The only negative are the beds. We stayed for a month and the master beds squeaked terribly. If one of us got up early every squeak was heard loudly. Very difficult to share a bed. There was a lot of sleep lost.

Very clean and very well stocked. Great experience in a great location. Golf cart is a huge plus! We walk a lot everyday, but still wouldn’t rent a place in Sandestin without having a golf cart. It is a great perk to have such a nice one included.

Stayed 4 weeks at this property. Everything was great! House was amazing and we enjoyed the amenities. Golf cart was so convenient and made accessing sandestin a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Definitely plan on coming back.

When you are chasing 5 grandchildren around the beach most of the day, it was a very relaxing place to recharge our batteries for the next day. It was exactly as advertised. We especially liked the screened in back porch area.

It’s hard to fully grasp why a golf cart comes with the property. Picture a massive gated resort with multiple hotels, houses, condos, townhomes, golf courses, shopping dining, pickleball/tennis courts, marinas, beaches, boardwalk style entertainment area and much more. The golf cart is your key to exploring and enjoying all the amenities outside the beautiful home itself. We had such a great time and couldn’t be happier with picking this property inside this lovely resort.

The property is perfect. The location was great, and the kitchen is so well stocked you don't need for anything. Loved the Golf Cart and the community. The beds were comfortable, and the decorations are perfect. One suggestion would be to maybe have maps in the unit of the property. There is the app but I am more of a paper person and actual maps would have been beneficial for me.

This house is big enough to accommodate larger groups. We had 8 adult and one infant. Everyone had their own space! The house is modern and clean. Close to the pool! The property is an easy golf cart ride to the village/wharf. It comes with a six seat golf cart and they had a high chair, pack-in-play, and baby gate for our use. We would definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this lovely home. The photos are very precise, which isn’t always the case when renting. After just two days on the property, we knew that we wanted to return next year. Unfortunately, the home was already booked so we had to choose a different rental for 2025. We hope this home will be available in 2026. It was awesome!!

Water view was a joke. Small narrow pond full of vegetation. Golf cart had to have new tires while we had to wait. Condo was very well stocked and very well kept. Community pool was very nice and convenient. Great place but due to view or lack there of, we will not return. Overall nice place.

My family throughly enjoyed staying here! The location was perfect. The golf cart was very convenient getting to various places. We were so surprised that the home provided games as well. We literally had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is getting new cookware. Most of the pots/pans in the home were scratched. Next time, we’ll probably bring our own just in case. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Wonderful Property! Highly recommend! The golf cart and garage make it so easy to get around as well as a place to store sandy beach chairs, etc. There is even a hanger in garage for beach towels. Kitchen well stocked with anything you can possibly need. Everything is well planned for a perfect stay. Even has a little office area upstairs if you need privacy to do work while on vacation. We have stayed in this area many times and this is one of the nicest properties yet.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. You have to see it for yourself! It was by far the most beautiful and clean property we have stayed in at Sandestin. Conveniently located to two pools and the golf cart was an added bonus to easily get to area shops, restaurants and the beach. Will definitely be back!
