The house was fine except for the many large cockroaches. The worst part was that I had saved five properties to choose from all which included a golf cart. I chose this one because the golf cart was a large one even though it was by far the most expensive one. When we got there, the golf cart was parked next to a small cart. We found out that our large golf cart didnt work and we only had use of the small one instead. No call to inform us, no email or text. We just happened to have shown up when the couple who service the golf carts were there. I called to relay my disappointment and the customer service was awful. I was told, “yes it broke, we let you use the other one as a courtesy. We can’t control when golf carts break. we could have left you without one at all. We don’t charge extra for a golf cart that seats two more people.” I told her I understood that they can’t control when a golf cart breaks, however, the cart was the deciding factor for us. I felt there could have been some other kind of compensation. Also, I called their emergency hotline 15 min after we checked out because I thought I left my cpap machine inside. Their “emergency” line got in touch with me 12 hours later. The house was fine except for the bugs, the area was great, the customer service and price were a major disappointment!
