Our spacious end unit townhouse "Sandestination" is in the highly sought-after Fairways neighborhood and offers stunning bay, fresh water and golf course views. As you walk in the front door you’ll immediately see these amazing views and feel the calming effects of the pristine blue water. Our townhouse includes a six seat golf cart which will surely make your stay here so much fun. At “Sandestination” we are family friendly, yet perfect for couples, singles or group getaways!!

The location is very convenient to the numerous amenities that Sandestin provides. Step out the front door and walk to the neighborhood pool in 2 minutes or to the walking/bike trails which are just past the swimming pool. It is a short golf cart ride to Sandestin’s own Emerald Coast private beach, to Baytowne Wharf, to Grande Boulevard or to Sandestin’s 3 golf courses. Leave the car in the driveway and take the cart to grocery shop or to your favorite restaurant or Happy Hour!

Imagine waking up to water views from the master bedroom each morning. And then, you can enjoy the same serene views as you have your coffee and breakfast in the dining area (or even when you are washing dishes in the kitchen!) From the large, private deck, you can have your meals and/or libations while watching golfers navigate tee shots over the lake water or watch anglers haul in the ‘big one’ or watch charter fishing boats on the Chochtawatchee Bay.

“Sandestination” offers many amenities such as a bunk room, pack ‘n play (with sheet and memory foam mattress), roll away bed, beach chairs, sand toys, coloring books and markers, cribbage, cards. We’ve started a lending library, too!

With accommodations for up to 10 people, we can comfortably fit 2 families. Our unique townhouse offers so much more:

* a spacious master bedroom (king bed) with an adjoining full bathroom, walk-in closet and smart TV
* main floor bedroom (queen bed) includes a smart TV and an adjoining door for direct entry into a full bathroom

* you can go fishing within steps of our yard
* it is great fun to watch folks tee off on the 6th hole of the golf course - no worry about stray balls in our yard!

***It is Sandestin policy that no one under the age of 25 is permitted to book at the resort. We will ask for valid identification to confirm this.

*** Prior to check in, you are required to provide licenses and proof of car insurance for all adults over the age of 18 in order to use the golf cart. You will also be required to sign our golf cart waiver.
