“An excellent location, and a wonderful pool. Good price, and a small, cute place. What was not so good, was our experience checking in. We had booked a garden room, but apparently these were "fully booked", and we were given a lesser room with a street view (a noisy street). We tried to explain that this was not what we booked, but they insisted it was the same, and that the two garden rooms were not available. We could switch the next day. That was fine, but we did not want to pay full price...

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Ballena Regency. The hotel is new (its a year old), and has been finished to a very good standard. Our room was large, and being on the third floor, had great views including a side view of the ocean. The room was very clean, lots of storage and hanging space, and very good a/c! We also had a spacious balcony with seating area. The pool area is lovely, with loungers and umbrellas for shade. The breakfasts at the hotel are hard to beat - with fresh fruit...

“Son bungalows equipados con cocina, microondas, heladera, etc. Está algo alejado de las playas lindas (a la altura del hotel es imposible meterse). No hay wi fi gratis. El personal solo está en rato a la mañana. Sin desayuno. El centro comercial principal está muy alejado, pero hay supermercados y algunos restaurantes cerca. Fundamental alquilar auto o moto.”

“The staff was amazing the chef made some of the best food I have ever tasted!! He was very sweet and very involved in all aspects of the villas. The curry was out of this world as well as the pasta 10 out of 10 all around. The room was large and beautiful, you felt like you had the place to yourself very highly recommend!!!”
