Perfect stay for a my son’s wedding. Close to tons of restaurants/grocery/Target and only 15” to the beach. Super clean and modern updated inside. Very friendly and helpful management and very easy to communicate with. This would definitely be a place to stay again!

Great time with my sales team, after the meeting we had a pickle ball tournament that will go down in the books as a great memory! Pool table is a little wobbly, shower has great water pressure, the hot tub is a bit small and older, but it still worked! Highly recommended!!!

Very relaxing, fun and safe time with family and our 2 dogs! Well fenced and the dogs enjoyed playing outside. We celebrated an early Thanksgiving and it was great to cook in a wonderful kitchen! Location was great to shopping and restaurants.

The pickleball court and pool table were so fun and the absolute highlights of our stay. The house was clean and decorated very thoughtfully and beautifully. I wish they had better kitchen items – my mother-in-law made a soup and they only had very tiny bowls So we had to go to the store and buy some bowls for that meal. It was difficult to get an accurate understanding of what was included in the kitchen. I asked in advance, but when we got there, there were some things that they had, but I guess the owner didn’t realize that they had and other things that were missing. I had brought some of my kitchen items just in case, and that came in handy. Overall, this was a five star stay because the house was beautifully appointed and clean and well laid out with an open concept which greatly facilitated family gathering and quality time together. We would totally stay here again!

This place was perfect for both our families. The house was in such great condition and I think our children covered every square inch of this house! The room layouts were perfect and we fit very comfortably. We had 4 Adults and 6 kids. One bedroom downstairs and the rest upstairs. We drove to a different beach everyday- San Clemente is about 20 min away! Great location! Great Neighborhood- awesome walking/running trails! Highly recommend! They were very generous with what they supplied in kitchen- we had everything we needed and cooked at home every morning and evening. We also used fire pit, pickleball court and spa! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

We had a great stay. We were there a month and the Hosts were good communicators and addressed any issues quickly. We will definitely consider a return visit if our travels take us back to Mission Viejo.

This should of been 5 stars across the board. The listing states one bedroom with a queen and a full and 3 bathrooms all with showers. Upon arrival the bedroom in question only has one bed. We were also told the shower downstairs only had hot water and they would try to send a plumber during our stay. That never happened and if you have elderly guest or with a physical limitation to manage stairs safely it’s a complete inconvenience and embarrassing to not have that access for a 5 day stay. As for the total number of beds listed they said there was a roll out available; they consider a mattress placed on the floor as a rollout. Beware the only rooms that could accommodate the “rollout” is in the main bedroom or the living areas. If I would of known we would have gladly paid more a property that could satisfy our entire group. Although Rather Be Properties responded by saying that the pictures of the bedrooms are accurate they were sorry I was disappointed that not all beds were on platforms and agreed to modify the listing so the next quest did not have to experience the same. All they did was actually change the “roll out” location to the room that already has twin beds.. good luck with that one! They have very little cookware if your planning on cooking but plenty of other supplies! Pickle ball court was amazing and loved the location of the property. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I definitely felt cheated on this, could of been 5 stars!
