“Good, safe location with nice neighbors. House is exactly as described - 2BR, 1BA with a nice carport for parking in the back. Communications and check-in/out were very easy with the owner. The mattresses were comfortable, WiFi was plenty strong, and A/C was able to keep up on some very hot summer days and nights. Overall a good value and I would stay here again if in the area.”

“This property is absolutely perfect! Perfect location if you’re visiting your college kid or here to see a football game. It’s a 15 minute walk to the stadium and a 10 minute walk to Fraternity Row. Restaurants are walking distance and everything else is 5-15 minutes away by vehicle. The property was so clean and cozy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. “I loved the character of the room. It was clean and comfortable. We were just a block from downtown and walked to it often. Restaurants were convenient and the pizza restaurant below was excellent. I will be happy to stay here again.”
