“Room cleanliness wasn’t great. There was crumbs and bits of stuff on the floor. Especially under the bed. I had my two small dogs with me so the issue really stood out to me. 1 elevator was available when I checked in. Both were out of service the next morning. Staff was very nice though so that’s good. ”

“The host is great! I initially couldn’t get the projector to come on to watch movies and Kevin immediately walked me through it step by step! Everything was in order the only observation I will mention was that the hot tub didn’t get warm/hot so my wife was pretty bummed out about it because she couldn’t get in. However I’m sure the host would have sent maintenance or something but I didn’t msg him because it was late at night on our last night there. Other than that it’s great, we will stay...
