Set in backyard of our farmhouse, North Point blends a cozy 4-season RV with a Nordic-inspired wellness experience: private hot tub, seasonal pool, charcoal BBQ, firepit and countryside calm.

Inspired by the ancient Nordic ritual of heat, cold, and rest, warm up in the hot tub, cool down in the pool, then relax under the stars. A nature escape for families, couples and friends looking to slow down without giving up comfort.

North Point is a self-guided, camping-style stay in a real RV—not a hotel, staffed spa, or resort. It is located in the backyard behind our farmhouse rather than in a remote part of the farm.

Guests should be comfortable with normal RV living and operating the firepit and charcoal BBQ themselves. We are always happy to assist when needed, but guests should expect a hands-on, self-operated experience.

Optional add-ons let guests customize their stay and pay only for the extras they choose. All available options and prices are clearly listed upfront.

📍 LOCATION, PRIVACY & SUPPORT

North Point is located in the backyard behind our farmhouse, not in a remote or secluded part of the farm.

The campsite and its listed amenities are private to your reservation. However, our family lives nearby, and the wider farm is not exclusively reserved for one booking.

We may occasionally require brief access to the outdoor area for pool, hot-tub, or property maintenance, normally after notifying you.

This listing is best suited to guests who value comfort, convenience, private amenities, and having help nearby. If you prefer a more secluded campsite farther from the farmhouse, please see our other listings.

🛏️ Sleeping arrangement:

1–2 guests: Primary bedroom with king bed
3 guests: Second bedroom with one single bed and half bath
4-5 guests: Loft-style queen bed

Beds are prepared according to the number of guests included in the reservation. Beds not required for the booked guest count remain inaccessible.

This is an RV, so the interior is more compact than a house or hotel room. It can accommodate five guests, but it will feel tighter at full occupancy. Please review the sleeping-setup photos carefully before booking.

🔥 FIREPIT & CHARCOAL BBQ

The firepit and charcoal BBQ are hands-on, guest-operated amenities. Guests should be comfortable lighting and managing them independently.

Firewood, charcoal, and starters are not included unless purchased separately. Add-ons provide supplies only, although we are always happy to assist when needed.

What to expect:

🦟 Nature is Part of the Experience:
This is a rural campsite in the woods, seasonal insects such as ladybugs and flies, pollen, mud, leaves, wildlife, and changing weather are normal parts of the experience.

We clean carefully, but a nature-based campsite cannot provide the completely controlled environment of a hotel or indoor resort.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
The campsite and amenities require significant time to clean and reset. Standard early check-in and late checkout are not available.

👥Registered guests only:
Only guests on the reservation may check in or stay overnight.

🛏️ Additional Bed Setup:
If use of an additional bed is needed, the reservation must be updated to the corresponding guest count. We encourage guests to notify us in advance so the bed can be prepared and ready before arrival.

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are welcome by pre-approval only. Every pet must be disclosed, approved, and accurately included in the reservation before arrival.

Bringing additional or undisclosed pets violates the pet policy and may result in additional charges, delayed check-in, or declined check-in.

🏊 Outdoor Amenities
The pool and hot tub are cleaned and prepared before check-in. Because they are outdoors, rain, wind, normal use, and the surrounding natural ground may introduce leaves, pollen, insects, sand, or other natural debris during the stay.

For longer stays or after severe weather, we may contact guests to arrange brief maintenance access.

🚐 RV Living
This is a real RV with compact living space, RV plumbing, and holding tanks. These systems operate differently from those in a residential home and require more mindful use. Detailed instructions are provided after booking.

This is a rural, nature-based glamping stay on a forest farm. As with any camping or outdoor experience, the property and its amenities involve inherent risks that are greater than those in a typical indoor, controlled environment. By booking and staying here, guests acknowledge these natural outdoor risks and agree to use the property, grounds, and amenities with caution.
