“We had such an awesome time staying at this property with family and friends. The house was spacious and had tons of stuff to do. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were really comfortable, and everything was extremely clean and very welcoming. The games room(s) were a huge hit with everyone, providing variety and tons of fun for all ages. The deck, dock and pool were all amazing. The deck views of the water were stunning. The private dock (with kayaks, paddle board, rope swing etc.)...

“Rent at your own risk.I don't like being negative, but it's important to be honest so others know what they are getting. As we arrived there was an issue with the code to get in, not a huge deal since the host answered and remedied fairly quick. ( Except a long drive had my kiddos doing the pee dance waiting to get in )We entered the house and there is gaming decor aplenty. But don't get your hopes up! The foozeball, air hockey/billiard table was completely unusable/ broken. The chairs in the...

“We had to do some things to account for 10 people, but other than that it was a great clean place.”

“The place is very roomy & decor really cute. Everything was very clean. Loni was a big help with the GPS directions being weird.”

“Chad is an excellent premier host. We were on a family vacation and everyone had a wonderful time. His home is your home away from home. The kids & adults loved the pool. Game room was great. Overall we would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Branson or surrounding areas.”

“The property was just as described. More than enough room for our entire family of eight. Beds were clean well-made lots of fresh towels. The main bathroom was enormous. The back porch was wonderful for hanging out at night. It was exactly what our family needed for our mini vacation.”

“The house was clean and nice. The price was extremely reasonable as well . The property was newly renovated and warm. The location was perfect for our needs being with in minutes of Fort Leonard Wood which was why we were in the area for a graduation. My only recommendations would be to have a welcome book with info about the surrounding areas with things to do , places to eat etc . Also recommend maybe providing some board games or something. Overall this was a great property and I would...

“Our stay overall was great! Great location to everything St Louis has to offer and not having to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Less than a block from the Soulard Farmers Market and local shops. If you’re looking for a more laid back local feeling while visiting St Louis, this is a great place to stay!”

“Very nice spot. Super close to everything in KC!”

“House was great for our family vacation. Very spacious yard, fire pit, pool, and hot tub were all great amenities. Communication was excellent, beds were very comfortable. We loved being close to Branson for the attractions but away from all the hustle of the city. House felt very safe, and felt we had privacy. Perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again.”
