“All Staff members were fabulous. They could have not been any more helpful and accommodating to we stranded travelers during a blizzard, missed flights, and cancelled cruise. Special mention of Gabriel on the front desk. Also, the lovely cleaning lady on Floor 5, she was so sweet. The Manager was very helpful too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be booking this Hotel when visiting St. John's again. Our thanks to all staff.”

Next day they didnt do it and said we have to give notice 24hrs in advance. Staff is not that friendly except for maybe one person.
