The hot tub hot enough? Lmao even. The hot tub was cold and filthy upon our arrival…we were told that it was refilled every Sunday after we arrived. There was no disclaimer on Vrbo about the hot tub not working on Sundays. We were told it would be hot by 9pm but your maintenance forgot to turn the disconnect switch back on…so in the morning at 920am I went out there and there was a tech testing the ph and chlorine levels. He’s the one that told me the disconnect was off. When we tried to complain to CASS…she told us that another guest had touched the buttons on the hot tub and that must’ve caused the disconnect to trip…no apology no nothing well guess what…I’m an electrician and CASS is not. There is no way that a 24v low voltage control screen can trip a high voltage disconnect it is not possible.. but that’s beside the point this is the fourth trip to Moab I’ve booked that advertised a hot tub and didn’t work. I don’t appreciate being robbed and I don’t think anyone else does either. But to not get an apology for the robbery is another level.
