  • 4 Miles from downtown. Serene location. 3 bedrooms, each having a private bathroom. The master bedroom; is located on the main level and two full bedrooms and a loft upstairs. Double car garage, outdoor grilling, dining area, hot tub, and fire pit, boasting great views. Right off the golf course.

    ***This community has a strict, no trailer/ATV on street/garage parking policy. Have recommendations of places if needed.***

The house is in a quiet area and is great - well stocked, pretty views, comfortable beds and the hottub is nice after long days hiking! We loved our stay.

This is a great golf course facing property on the quiet edge of town. Since Moab is so small, it only takes about ten minutes to get into the center of town from here. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and fully stocked kitchen. This location is dark and quiet at night - far enough from the main road that you won’t hear any trucks or 4x4s. It’s a nice cozy home.

The space worked very well for us. It had the right bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to do everything we wanted. See the stars, end our day in the hot tub, cook and eat outside. All with the cliffs in the back ground.

Parking was easy in the garage or driveway. House was homey and clean, still had a feel of a Vrbo in the kitchen. Beds were super comfy and the hot tub was warm, jets went on and off at their own accord but easy access in and out. Look forward to staying there again.

This place was great! The beds were comfortable, the patio area was pretty and fun, the fireplace and tv area was cozy; the streaming services were even logged in. The property was close to Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands, great location. We could see lots of stars at night which was cool. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home! It is very well stocked and extremely comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful, and close to both Arches and Canyonland.

We spent a week at Coyote Run with college friends from the 1970s!This property was fantastic!Very clean very modern very beautiful and very, very quiet!We had our own big chill moments after long days of exploring capital MOAB and surrounding areas!There were plenty of paper products supplies, and the cooking utensils were new and very clean!I can’t say enough about this location and and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a place to chill out and relax after hiking and exploring the beautiful Utah Canyon regionThank you, Stephanie for responding to the few questions that I did have so quickly and efficiently!!
