We had a great stay at Kenny’s property. It was perfect for our whole group. The generous bedrooms with en-suite baths were perfect for our group of 6. Kitchen had tons of stuff for cooking and the outdoor area was great for fun activities as well as relaxing by the pool. Everything was spotlessly clean and Kenny was very responsive to any inquiries. A great place for a large group.

Wonderful property; was perfect for our 4-night stay in Moab as a home base for touring Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef National Parks. Home was clean, spacious, well appointed and we loved the flexibility it gave us as two families traveling together! Definitely recommend this home!

What a beautiful home!

This home lived up to every review about it, every word written in its description. What a spectacular place. The views are stunning. The beds and linen were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to cook in, and just a great place to hang out. The property management company was easy to contact and they were quick to reply to our questions. We most definitely will rent this home again.

Beautiful home outside of town

This was perfect for our family and friends to stay at! We had buggies and trucks with trailers and parking was a breeze. The home was nice and allowed for us to spend our evenings together relaxing. The pool was an added perk for the kids!

Great House for Large Group!

This was the perfect house for four couples who came to Moab with our side-by-sides. We enjoyed four days of exploring the trails and local restaurants. The house was great for our bus, trailer, and two buggies. Each couple had their own suite with bathrooms. The house was clean, well-stocked, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. The host communicated well. 5 stars!

Wonderful service and owner support

Checkin was smooth and the owners were easy to reach and they were proactive in supporting our stay. Pool was heated, one hot tub was not filled at checkin but Alejandro was there immediately to get it ready for the next day. We loved Alejandro. Everything was as expected and overall met our needs. The indoor/outdoor fireplace didn’t work and neither did the remote for the family room TV. Not a big deal but would have been nice. The one suite with the 3 bed loft was almost impossible to use. The ladder is completely vertical, the gate at the top doesn’t stay open so it was hard to get up and down. Not safe for little kids. With how big the house is it was difficult to cook for 20+ people with only one oven. Our biggest suggestion would be to add a second oven. We loved our stay and we high recommend this location.

Amazing!

Our experience was so great here. We had planned to stay with 10, but some of our family couldn't come and there were only 6 of us, so much room! It was a great location to downtown and the national parks. We loved sitting out back and just enjoying the beautiful view. Felt free and safe walking around the neighborhood. Very well stocked and had great communication. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

little slice of heaven

My friends and i have been taking group motorcycle trips for about 25yrs. We used to stay on the road at different places but we're all over 60 now and have found it more enjoyable to find a suitable rental and just do local rides for a week or so. We started using VRBO four yrs ago and have found it ideal for our needs. This property has absolutely been the best one so far. And by a long shot. The house was apparently designed for this use because it was perfect with the nr of bedrooms/baths and all the amenities, i.e. game room, pool, bocce ball, hot tub..etc. Furnishings were great and there was everything you would need for a large group (there were 7 of us). The location was awesome with a 360 deg view of the mountains and the views riding up thru them were incredible. There were lots of activities available for everyone's interest and way more to do than you can get done in a week. Our host, Kenny, was available and accommodating at all times. We lacked for nothing. I can't recommend this VRBO property highly enough. Thank you, Kenny (by the way, everyone was impressed with the comfort of the beds. One guest even checked the mattress tag to find out what brand it was because they were the most comfortable we have found in a rental property)

Larger Housing

Our families fourth visit to Moab, the first three visits were good but restrictive. Stayed at local resorts and cost for three or four resort rooms was pricey plus eating out. Exclusive Retreats Panorama house was perfect for a group of eight. Great kitchen plus extra fridge in rec room. All spacious and comfortable. Owner Kenny responded when a glitch with pool came up, pool guy took care of issue in an hour. Moab is a beautiful area of Utah and having a great property to rest and relax at was awesome.

Moab Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay in Moab thanks to this house. The average temperature was 103 degrees when we visited but our house was set at a relaxing 72 degrees the whole time. When we were outside we were greeted by a nicely maintained swimming pool. Our neighborhood was quite and peaceful and away from the main tourist area. It was essentially equidistant from the two entrances to canyonlands national park and less than 30 minutes from arches. The house was well maintained and stocked. We couldn't of been happier.

Moab stay

We enjoyed our stay in Moab with great family time. However, the house we stayed in did not match the pictures on line. The house we were in was not finished. The pool was just filled the day before we arrived and it leaked so repairs were being made. It became available the second day but was not warm until the third day. One loft was not finished with no way to access it. We checked the reviews when we booked 6 months ago and am not sure what they reviewed because this house is very new. It is a beautiful house and decorated very well but the yard is not finished and neither was the house. The furniture and the layout is different than what is online.

Great house!

This property is amazing for a large group. We had 5 couples with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a highlight for the group. The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable. The best part of this house was everyone had a great room. This made it very easy so no one felt that they got the crappy room which happens to someone in the group every where we travel. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood which was nice to enjoy but close enough to town for those that wanted to go out. Everything at this home was new and very clean. The home is centrally located to all the parks and areas we explored. This is the best house we have ever rented as a large group highly recommend.

Moab getaway!

This house is better than the pictures. We had a large group with 4 trucks and trailers with our 4x4’s and had plenty of parking. The house is close to all the 4x4 trails so it was very convenient to leave right from the house. The people that stayed home enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was great after all long day of exploring the desert. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The owners really thought of everything with this home and all the amenities. We will be back next year.
