The Space:

Spacious one-story unit which is very well equipped and has nicely appointed decor. Private extended patio has beautiful views of both the LaSal Mountains and the Moab Rim. This three-bedroom condo provides the perfect luxury escape from life’s daily pressures. Whether curling up by the fireplace in winter or taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pool during the warmer months, Rim Village is ensconced in the panoramic splendor of Red Rock Canyon Country. Get an even better view of the stars by simply gazing up while relaxing in the private hot tub.



You'll enjoy beautiful updates throughout this spacious condo. As you walk in the door, you'll be in your open concept living space and kitchen. The natural light will fill the room. Grab a cup of coffee, relax on the sofa and look out of the large windows...comfort and views no matter what the temperature is in Moab! This kitchen will bring out the inner chef in everyone, you'll love the look that the owners decided to go with. Moab Chic? We'll go with that! The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious. With one king bed, a queen bed, and two twins, everyone in your group will sleep in comfort. Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.



Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.



Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.



Guest Access:

All of our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance through your Airbnb portal as well as via email, once booked. All of our units have either a lock-box by the front door or digital locks on the doors.



The Neighborhood:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
