The garden, equipped with a pool, outdoor tables and chairs, and a barbecue grill, allows you to eat, have fun, and relax outdoors.
Furthermore, the villa is strategically located for day trips to the city of Genoa—a beautiful city known for its “Caruggi” (narrow alleys), the Lanterna, and the famous Genoa Aquarium (about 30 km away)—as well as the beaches of the Tigullio region on the Riviera di Levante. The nearest is Chiavari, just 25 km away, but a few more kilometers further on you’ll find Lavagna, the beautiful Sestri Levante with its famous bays (the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fairy Tales). About an hour’s drive away, you can reach the famous Portofino, Camogli, and Santa Margherita Ligure, and slightly farther but still within reach in a day are Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.
