“This hotel is very nice for that area, it's a great alternative to Hilton. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable. It looks like a new hotel as TV, air conditioning system, plugs, etc look modern. The bathroom is big, clean and comfortable. The isolation of the room is good, but as the area is quite crowded, it's difficult to totally isolate the street noise. ”

“I booked this hotel expecting a decent stay, but honestly it was horrible. As a single woman, I felt very unsafe here. Someone tried to unlock my door at 3 a.m., and that alone was enough to make the entire experience frightening. I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. “We booked the room on the top floor with a large balcony. It had no view but it was lovely to sit outside. The building from the outside is attractive. The room could do with some maintenance but it was functional. The room was cleaned every day if you needed and the lady was always helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel since it is located in a very busy area with lots of restaurants and shops and close to the ferry.”
