One King bedroom and one Queen, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a barbecue opening onto the garden. Sleeps four, couples, families or friends alike, minutes from Sosúa and Cabarete.



The Space:

A King bed in one room and a Queen in the other, both with private bathrooms and air conditioning, plus a guest half bath for company. Open living and dining lead out to the terrace and barbecue, with the pool in full view and garden beyond. A kitchen equipped for real cooking rather than reheating, and parking right on site.



Guest Access:

The entire villa is yours, including the private pool, the fully equipped kitchen, the terrace, and private parking. Within Casa Linda you also have the tennis court, mini golf, walking trails, and the Castaway restaurant, along with a free shuttle every 30 minutes to Sosúa and Cabarete. The water park is open to guests for RD$150 per person per day, and the only space reserved for staff is the laundry area.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Linda is a gated community with security around the clock, where the loudest thing you will hear is the breeze moving through the palms. Supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and the Cabarete medical center all sit within five to ten minutes. The beaches of Sosúa and Cabarete are close enough to reach in minutes, far enough to keep the quiet.



Getting Around:

Casa Linda runs a free shuttle to Sosúa and Cabarete every 30 minutes, so the beach is always within reach without a car. Most guests still rent a vehicle or arrange a taxi from the airport, and our team can set either up before you land. Private drivers, airport transfers, and car rentals are all available on request.

- Cleaning Service - Included every other day, with fresh towels and linens. We only ask that you confirm the day before so we can schedule it.

- Essentials - Toilet paper, trash bags, and welcome soap provided at check-in. Guests restock as needed (paper towels not included).

- Water - One gallon of purified water provided; refills RD$150.

- Pool - Automatic filtration keeps it crystal-clear at all times.

- Safes - Each bedroom includes a digital safe. Press the red button, enter your 4-digit code, press Enter twice. Lost key fee: RD$150.

- Smoking - Outdoors only, please use ashtrays.

- Laundry Area - Reserved for staff use only.

- Pets - Allowed by prior approval only, case by case.

Casa Linda is a private gated community committed to peace, order, and safety.



- Speed limit: 30 KPH (18 MPH)

- Lower your windows when approaching the security gate

- Park only in your assigned space

- Motorcycles and ATVs are not allowed inside; ATVs may be parked at the Welcome Center

- Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest and show original IDs

- Only authorized taxis allowed inside

- Maximum two people per bedroom (families excluded)

- Only one vehicle after 10 p.m. weekdays / 11 p.m. weekends

- Special events require prior approval

- Gatherings near entrances are not permitted

- Music at moderate volume: 9 a.m.-10 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m.-11 p.m. weekends

- First noise violation is a warning; the second carries a fine or early check-out

- Children must be supervised

- Weapons, drugs, and drones are prohibited unless authorized

- Guests are financially responsible for any damages
