Perfect one nighter!!

Check-in was fast, easy and courteous at 10pm..room was spacious with refrigerator, microwave and 65" inch tv! Bed was firm, but comfortable. Only downside was tv service kept losing signal..

This place is exactly what you would expect. The staff was very nice. We came in late and left at checkout the next day on a road trip. The staff was very accommodating to our late arrival. We were placed in one of the rooms furthest away from the road, which was nice. There was a fridge, coffee maker, giant TV, and lots of soaps, shampoo, and lotion. The only things I would complain about are the curtains and bedsheets were very warn with some visible holes, the pillows aren’t very firm, and there’s a train nearby, which we heard in the morning. Otherwise, it’s a good roadside motel for a great price.

Our showerhead didn't work at all ( water was running only from the tab faucet and from between the bathroom tile and the faucet). I tried to fill water in the tab so I could take bath but the tab didn't hold the water either.

People smoke right outside the rooms

This was going to be my go to place as I had positive experiences previously. I tried to repeat this by requesting the same end of the bldg room. The room was not available so I stayed in another room towards the middle. All was fine until talkative guests stood outside smoking cigarettes with no designated area and I was left with a nasty smell in the room all night. The smell was even present in the morning. Not sure I can go back there.

We Love this place. The proprietors are so very nice. It's clean, roomy, comfy bed, large flat screen tv(55 in), USB ports, big bathroom. Fridge, microwave, table/desk. Close to everything. Stater Brothers is walking distance, Primo Burgers & a Thai place also walking distance. It's a good stop for just overnite or exploring. There is so much to see out there. Jawbone Canyon, Redrock, the the living ghost town of Randsburg. Stop by "the Joint". Good food & beer. It's best on the weekends, most/all of the businesses & the museum is open then. Anyway the motel is great & the sound of the the trains didn't bother me a bit. I loved it.

Beskidt sengetøj på værelset. Møgbeskidt gulvtæppe. Det larmede hele natten med tog, der kørte forbi, så man slet ikke kunne sove. Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette hotel til andre. Manden i receptionen var flink, og det er vist det eneste positive der er at sige.

Bon rapport qualité / prix mais un peu bruyant

Motel simple et assez bien tenu. Seuls bémols, propreté relative et proximité de la voie de chemin de fer et des trains de fret qui passent toute la nuit en klaxonnant. Sinon bon rapport qualité / prix.

Plan to return

Quiet surroundings, good amenities, decent WiFi. I hope I can have a similar experience as I plan to return. Only complaint is that bath/shower was not properly cleaned.

Last resort for Mojave

Looking at other reviews, I must have caught some bad luck. Stayed in room 14 for a quick trip, working in area and crashing at night. Pretty terrible cleanliness-wise. Every piece of bedding was old and dirty, and it was clear that the bathroom cleaning effort levels were low. No alternative was offered and by the time I got checked in I had no other places to go. Decided to buy a big blanket at the Cal City DG and roughed it on top of the bed. Extra surprising- no housekeeping either day...? Watch out here, it appears to be hugely variable in quality if you gamble with the budget price.

Clean and inexpensive. At this price did not expect any amenities or obsequious staff, so maybe I should be giving 5 stars. Clean and well maintained, to a level you don’t normally get at $58!

The fridge is pretty big and so is the freezer space. There was also a microwave. For a cheap motel this was decent. I felt safe and frugal, but not pampered, lol!

Good for the price.

Looks like an older motel but was pleased with the condition. It had a larger than usual refrigerator and freezer. The room was large and so was the bathroom. The bathroom sink counter was small. It comes with Directv and I think a 55 inch TV. All in all a good room for the price.

Don't let the kinda-sorta ratty looking exterior deceive you. When I first arrived I was taken aback. "What have I gotten myself into?" I thought. The room I had was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bath water was HOT. The heater kept the room warm, the TV had loads of channels and the WIFI was strong. The downside: the in-room coffee was pretty punk, and the bathtub drain plug didn't completely seal, so I had to replenish the water from time to time. Bottom line: I wouldn't bring a lady here for a romantic interlude, but if you need a clean, comfortable room to SS&S in Mojave at a reasonable price, the Budget Inn is a good choice.

Beware of the trains !

Nothing wrong with the place but for the location. Right beside a train track with a train running almost every hour with their loud blaring horns.

長距離ドライブの中継点として良好

フロントのアルバイトは気さくな中東系。建物は平屋で、車を部屋の前に駐車できるロードサイドのチェーン展開のモーテル。部屋とアメニティは簡素だが確実。一晩中鉄道のディーゼル機関車が汽笛を鳴らして通過します。この施設が質素というより、この町が地味な航空と鉄道と道路の中継点なので楽しむことは期待しないで。価格がたいへん良心的なので納得感はあります。

This is an old motel but it has been very nicely refurbished with some thoughtful touches. Plenty of lighting and electrical outlets, for example. Lots of train noise at night but both my wife and I found that soothing.

Good value at a great price!

The manager was very friendly and the late night check in was swift. Room was very spacious and except for a stray train here and there, the property was very quiet.
