It has a spacious terrace, which will be very appreciated in the summer. You will stay close to the Étang de Moliets, and just 10 minutes by bike from 2 beautiful beaches.

## Logement
My house is very comfortable, and you will particularly appreciate its LARGE furnished TERRACE! You will be able to have your meals there quietly during the beautiful sunny days.
The accommodation is air-conditioned.
It can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160x190 and the other with 2 bunk beds 90x190 and a double bed 160x190), an open kitchen, a shower room, and a nice living room with a television and a sofa bed (140x190), where you can easily relax.
You will stay in a beautiful residence with a common swimming pool, which is a pleasant plus!
On the terrace you will find a garden shed where you will find a plancha and bikes at your disposal. The terrace is very large and includes resin furniture and a parasol. Attention however, there is a vis à vis from the terrace (house in front).
You will also have a parking space!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

The village center is 4 minutes away by car and the nearest beaches are 6 minutes away! It is the one of Chênes Lièges, a more isolated "green" beach and the central beach of Moliets, with its bars and restaurants around. As for the others, the one of Messanges is at 9 minutes, the one of Sablères at 13 minutes, and the one of Soustons at 18 minutes.
You will find close to the house: restaurants, the adrenaline park (16 minutes on foot), a bicycle rental service...
The pond of Moliets is at 5 minutes by car, where you will be able to make a stroll or to fish!

Visit also other interesting places such as : the Courant de Huchet (9 minutes by car), the Ponton du lac d'azur (15 minutes), the Circuit du pont du Loup (12 minutes by car), the Dinosaur Parc (14 minutes), and many others ...

For your daily shopping, you will find a U Express and Drive 5 minutes away in Moliets, a butcher's shop, a bakery, a pharmacy and a tobacco shop. A Super U at 8 minutes in Messanges, is also present.
