“Nice property for price and helpful and cheerful staff”

“このホテルを含めて5つの宿泊施設を滞在中利用しましたが、Hotel New Glacier Viewが1番良かったです。 はじめバスタブがあると思っていたのですが、ツインか2人以上宿泊の場合の部屋にあるのみで、シングルにバスタブは無いみたいでした。 部屋を幾つか候補から選ばせてくれて、眺めも良く、シャワーも出てドライヤーも借りる事が出来、Wi-Fiも充電も問題ありません。 何よりスタッフ皆さんが親切でした、またレーに訪問するときは利用したいです。皆さんにお薦めします。ありがとうございました！”

“Yes rooms were spotless and super clean. I had provided Seanzin the owner few suggestions and hopefully they will be implemented. Food was excellent and staff were so cordial it beat all of my expectations. Everyone performed at their excellence and in particular Surjit Singh , Anthony and Seanzin the owner are worth praising for their excellent performance. Keep up the great work guys. ”

“The staff and management team were absolutely wonderful. This is a clean, quiet, family-friendly hotel located just outside the busy city center of Leh. The front courtyard is a veritable oasis, beautifully manicured and filled with fruit trees. I will be staying here on my next visit to Leh.”

“オーナーと2人の若い青年で切り盛りしてます。ホテルには朝到着したのですが、アーリーチェックインに対応していただき、朝ごはんまで用意していただきました！設備・備品は足りないですが、何でも対応しようとしてくれるサービス精神と比較的きれいな内装に私は満足できました。（注意点）①空港までの無料送迎サービスはなかったです。500ルピーのタクシーは呼んでくれますが。②備品・アメニティは本当に石鹸だけなので、バスタオルや歯ブラシ、ティッシュなどは持参しましょう。③部屋に空調はありません。6月でも夜は冷えるので日が出ているうちにシャワーは済ませた方が良いです。④変換プラグは必要ありません。日本のコンセントもちゃんと使えます。 They served breakfast before check in!
