“Muy bueno”

“Conviniently located within the walls of the old city walls, We enjoyed our stay much more than we did staying at the best hotel in the area, We especially liked the peace and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were quite accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Very nice room, the bed was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!”

“Excellent service and very good staff in general , good amenities , food was poor and is the only thing that needs improvement . ”

“Bonne relation qualité prix .. trop tranquil..”

“Everything was not bad overall. The room was clean, the staff were nice, breakfast was decent, and the beach view was enjoyable.”

“Moyen”

“La chambre est propre mais la literie laisse á desirer. Une fois que la clim demarre une odeur petride s'en degage. Pour prendre l'ascenseur, on doit "essuyer" le disposif d'appel...bienvenue les infections. Durant les repas, certaines boissons ne sont pas autorisées pour les clients qui n'ont pas le all inclusive. Ce qui derange c'est qu il n est indiqué nul part”

“Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked...

“I liked mr kamal of the bar... And miss soussou.. Love her”

“Le service catastrophique, les travailleurs dispute entre eux tout le temps, personnelle arrogant, femme de chambre ce comporte tres mal !! Gestion nulle, anarchie totale. ”

“I have been accommodated in a Suite Superior, Without Balcony, Partial Sea-view.I don´t recommend this room to anyone. The music show is just in front and every day till 23:30 you can not sleep, read or watch the TV. I spoke with reception and they did not change my room by another one.”
