The house is on the hights of Cavi Borgo, away from the busy trafic. Idéal for hicking in the mountain with our two dogs. Perfectly placed for visiting Portofino and the Cinque Terre. "The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it a practical choice for travelers. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the furniture and bathroom felt somewhat dated and could benefit from renovation. One important issue was that the hotel is listed on Expedia as offering laundry facilities, which was one of the main reasons we chose to book it. Unfortunately, we found that this information was inaccurate, as no laundry service or facilities were available. Overall, the location and welcoming staff were definite positives, but some of the amenities and facilities did not meet our expectations."
