Three Day Get-Away

Very relaxing area.The Parking was not convenient to unload luggage. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will be returning real soon.

Labor Day Lake trip

The condo was perfect. It had all the amenities we needed for a great stay on the lake. We kept our boat right in front and had easy access to everything. Definitely a do over soon.

Wish we had more time there!

Our stay was brief, we were here for a sporting event in a nearby town, but wanted a good view while we were here! Wish we would have been able to spend more time enjoying the lake view, but we unfortunately weren’t at the property much. King size bed in the master was very comfortable if you prefer a firm mattress! We would stay again.

Cute condo. Recommend non skid bath tub footing. Dangerous as is. Front door knob needs to be fixed. Better quality paper towels. Otherwise, no issues. Thank you.

Beautiful view!

Overall, a nice property. Beautiful view right on the lake. There were a few issues with doors not opening/closing properly. Also, the ceiling fan outside didn't seem to be working. Only one dishtowel. Would be nice if there was an extra. Hand soap bottles nee replacing.

Sweet Spot on Smith Mountain Lake

Exceeded my expectations! A lovely spot, in my opinion the best on the lake. Our abode was perfect-ground level overlooking the lake which was easy for my elderly Mom to navigate and we had a courtesy spot to dock our boat at night. We fell in love with Bernard’s Landing and our place. Hosts prepared us well and provided us with a great experience. We will return!

Weekend getaway

My husband and I went for a long weekend. House was very clean and nicely decorated. The view of the water was very nice and enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the boats go by. Excellent restaurant right in the resort. Owner very responsive .

Great location in Bernard's Landing. Enjoyed our short stay. Only wish the resort had cleaned walkway and put some salt or sand down. Condo was very comfy

Relaxing Visit

Condo is in a nice location with a good view of the lake. Inside condition was fine with only one exception; the twin mattresses. Getting into or out of the beds was extremely noisy, making it impossible to take a nighttime bathroom run without waking others. They definitely need to be replaced.

This condo was very clean! Nicely furnished and comfortable. Everything you would need is there! It has a nice view and is near the smaller pool at Bernards. Recommend highly!!

Best stay ever at SML!

This is our 4th visit to Smith Mountain Lake and this was the best experience we’ve had! Being able to go straight to the condo and use the keyless lock was fantastic! It saved us the trouble of finding the place to get a key, etc. The condo itself was in the best location! The pool (that was never crowded) was steps from the patio. The view was amazing and it was an easy, short walk to the marina where we rented a boat for 2 days. A week or so before the trip we received an email from the owners which gave clear directions and recommendations. Very helpful! We plan on renting this condo every year! Our boys (3 and 5) had the greatest time at their new favorite place!
