    Pack light — we’ve thought of the details for you. Your refrigerator will be stocked with water and soda, bedrooms feature comfortable linens, cozy duvets, robes, and slippers, while bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and disposable toiletries. Just bring your toothbrush and start relaxing.
    Our beautifully updated 3-level lakefront retreat was renovated in 2024 and offers plenty of space for families, couples, and groups.

    Upstairs:
    Two private bedroom suites, including a lake-view primary suite with its own deck overlooking the water — the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunrise views.
    Main Level:
    Fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating for 6, comfortable family room with TV, high-speed WiFi, board games, and a spacious lakefront deck perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
    Lower Level:
    Additional bedroom with queen bed and sleeper sofa, full bathroom, covered patio, and direct access to the lake.

Place was clean, had all the essentials, had a great view of the lake. I would stay there again. Only thing I would change is is the one bedroom had a metal frame bed that squeaked.

Beautiful location on Smith Mountain Lake! Communication with our host was excellent. Our host generously left our daughter graduation balloons, chocolates and champagne for all of us to celebrate the occasion. The townhome was very clean and we appreciated having some shampoo, soap and other essentials. Thank you Alla for your hospitality.

Located in such a place where the lake is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! The accommodations were excellent and the place with easy to access. Great place to stay.

ADORABLE! This rental was exactly what we were looking for... refreshing, relaxing, and reliable! It was decorated super cute, beautiful views, has so much space, comfortable beds, super clean bathrooms, easy kitchen, great set up in the family room ... we sat on the back deck for hours enjoying our family while taking in the peaceful, quaint atmosphere of Smith Mountain Lake! It was super easy to get to, to get into, and to check out of! Communication with the host was excellent! Responses were always immediate, friendly, and informational! We will definitely be back and we definitely recommend this rental!

This was a very nice home in a terrific location. The spaces were clean and bright. The main deck was private with great waterfront sight lines. There is a dock with several covered boat slips and two open docks for sunning or swimming. There is a somewhat long and steep walk across a lawn to get to the docks. Bring your own folding chairs unless you want to sit on low beach chairs on the dock. Some maintenance is needed on the sliding doors and deck furniture.

This lovely end unit townhouse with 2 decks facing the lake has the space that allows everyone to feel comfortable. The Smith Mountain Lake view is spectacular to see every morning and evening. Easy access to boat and dock area. Access to the West Lake Area and other restaurants by car is superb. The hosts are generous with toiletry items, other amenities as well as quality matresses, towels and linens. The consensus of the entire family was 'top notch'. One practical recommendation from everyone was adding bath hooks to all the doors and additional towel racks.

Great views of the main channel of the Roanoke River. Clean property and excellent owner hospitality. Owner was exceptional to work with and communicated with me despite traveling abroad. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Loved the place and the view of the lake. Loved sitting on the porch and really enjoyed it being the end location. Easy access to things nearby. Great experience.

Nice Place

Nice place in a good location. The place has a beautiful view of the lake and we enjoyed having a morning coffee or evening wine on the deck. Having use of the boat slip was an added bonus. Hosts are quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.
