Full Kitchen with Kuerig and Full-Size Coffee Pot. Has everything you need to prepare meals. Also has Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Trash Bags, Some Coffee, Dish Towel, Dish Cloth, and Paper Towels.

Community does offer a few spaces for boat trailer parking. They're first come first serve. The closest public boat ramp is located on Oak Grove Dr. in Moneta. Community does have a few days docks available.
