This modern apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen with microwave.

The living room overlooks the covered patio equipped with outdoor table and chairs for magnificent breakfasts and lunches in the open air with views of the greenery and the Lake.

The holiday apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, which overlooks the comfortable private garden at the back.

The apartment layout is completed with the bathroom with shower, sanitary fixtures and washing machine.



*Guests can park their car in the apartment's private garage (dimensions: width 2.30m length 4.80m height 2.10m).



*The adult swimming pool and the smaller one for children are available from 01 June to 15 September, from 9 to 20. The use of a swimming cap may be required.



*Only 2 sun loungers per apartment are permitted and pets are not allowed in the bathing area.



*In part of the Residence, a new building is being erected and construction work is underway that could cause disturbance

Moniga del Garda is a welcoming tourist town in the province of Brescia, on the Lombard shore of Lake Garda. The ancient core of the historic centre preserves the rustic appearance of the village and its narrow streets, on which flowering balconies open out. In the Pozzo locality, it is possible to admire glimpses of the lake and architectural details. The famous beaches of Moniga offer long walks with views of the crystal-clear waters of the lake and numerous typical local establishments, as well as cycle paths that connect the town to Salò and Lonate. The historic centre also hosts numerous churches in Baroque style, such as the Church of San Martino, where it is possible to visit its large and colourful stained-glass windows. Near the church, it is possible to see at the entrance to the town the Castle of Moniga with white stone walls, built in the 10th century.



The apartment is approximately 45 minutes by car from Verona airport.
