This brand-new building (2022) is ideal for people looking for peace and quiet in the great outdoors while still having access to a host of nearby activities. Sports enthusiasts will be well catered for in all 4 seasons: skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, golf and more! Chalet Greenwood's amenities are sure to make your stay as comfortable as possible.



The Space:

You will have exclusive use of:

The entire chalet and its indoor and outdoor spaces



Private parking for up to 4 vehicles



High-speed Wi-Fi



Travelers will have access to the beach starting in summer 2026.



This includes a volleyball court, bocce ball, horseshoes, and playground equipment for children.

Easy access by car via main road and local roads



Private parking on site for 4 vehicles



Please note that starting June 12, you must wear a wristband to access activities at the Royal Laurentian estate. A fee may apply if you lose your wristband.

Located in Mont-Blanc, the chalet offers easy access to local ski resorts, hiking and snowshoeing trails, and beaches and lakes for swimming and kayaking. Nearby, you will also find restaurants, grocery stores, and shops for everything you need.

- Beaches & swimming: Lac Rond, Lac Raymond, Lac Saint-Joseph

- Cycling & mountain biking: Le P'tit train du Nord trail, local trail networks

- Golf & fishing: Golf des Ruisseaux, Golf Le Diable, Golf Le Géant, Rivière du Diable

- Skiing & snowboarding: Mont-Tremblant, Mont-Blanc, Saint-Sauveur, and Morin-Heights resorts

- Hiking & snowshoeing: Mont Loup-Garou Park, Alfred-Kelly Nature Reserve



Other Things to Note:

As much as we love pets, this chalet unfortunately does not accept animals. However, we do have other properties that may be a perfect fit for you and your furry friend. Don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll be happy to suggest an alternative!



During the winter season, BBQs remain available; however, the back patio is not cleared of snow. If you plan to use the BBQ during your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can provide the appropriate guidance.



Your stay includes a virtual house guide with all the essential information about the property and the area.



This property includes an optional damage waiver, which helps cover accidental damage for your peace of mind.
