  • Villa Moderna in Miami Platja (Miami Playa) with private pool in a lively coastal city, just 200 meters from the beach!





    This spacious and bright 3 bedroom villa is just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Miami Playa and all amenities. Cool off in your own private and secure pool (3m x 5.5m), prepare meals on your own barbecue and enjoy meals on your shaded terrace. This charming and modern villa allows you peace and tranquility, just steps from the action and festivities in the coastal city of Miami Playa.



    Inside this 2-story villa, ease your mind in a comfortable living room with a television and DVD player, and enjoy a family dinner prepared in your fully equipped kitchen. At the end of the day, rest in one of three bedrooms with the following bed distributions: (1) one double bed, (2) two single beds, (3) one double bed and one single bed. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.



    Miami Playa is a small town that lies in a beautiful landscape between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains, allowing the opportunity to enjoy both beach and mountain activities.

Exqusitie villa and excellent Service!

We spent 6 nights in this villa with private pool at Miami Platja and it was more than expected. It is in a great location with just 5 minutes walk to beach. The villa itself is incredibly spacious and well-built, with large bathroom that has beautiful tiling and air con and wardrobe space. The living area is huge and is integrated with the pool area - I can't overestimate how great the private pool option is. The inclusive of dinning facility is brought to our room and we are able to enjoy awesome food with superb location. Options are unlimited we mixed combination of Italian and Spanish food and all was really superb. The room is serviced daily and in different ways - to clear breakfast, to clean and make up the room, pool cleaned. It is a very high standard, clean and ultimately relaxing and professional experience. Highly recommended if you are coming with your family or with small friends group because it is designed to suite for 8 sleeps with 3 bedrooms.

A family holiday

The villa is in a quiet residential area. Close to a lovely beach and supermarkets. There are some nice restaurants and bars (love Miami Lounge!) but many more are closed down. Would recommend a car to go further a field. We found the villa to be clean and equipped for most things. Be aware that there is absolutely nothing extra provided, no cleaning products, tea towels, or kitchen stables like salt. The Air con is quite expensive at €100 a week, not the €60 stated. The beds layout is not as described, it's 2 doubles and a room with 3 single beds. The downstairs double bedroom I had an issue with because the window has a locked metal shutter but no key. In the event of a fire the occupants are trapped. The bed linen package is a base sheet, another sheet and one pillow case per person, so if you like something a bit more substantial, you will have to request it. Outside is lovely. The pool maintained well. Two great parasols, a fridge freezer for drinks and ice-creams and a canopy over the veranda. A good BBQ and clothes drier mounted on the wall. The cess pit can be very smelly but oddly not all the time! I found dealing with Catalunya Casas an absolute pleasure each time the response was speedy and understanding. Overall a nice villa for a relaxing get away.

Das Haus war schön und sauber und der Pool super. Super die grossen Kühl und Gefrierschränke. Schade das die Klimaanlage nicht im gebuchten Preis inbegriffen war, obwohl in der Ausschreibung Klimatisiert publiziert wurde. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Spectacular!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The apartment was brill, very comfy, it has its own pool, the beach is at a walking distance and we could enjoy playing at the beach anytime, bars and restaurants are good in the area and very well priced, excellent owner very good communication, very helpful! Highly recommended!

Girls Holiday Out!

We went on a girls retreat holiday in early May, and was a perfect location to unwind and relax, plenty to see and lovely eating places in the area. It was quite safe to stay at. The beach was just at a walking distance. The villa is amazing very clean and well presented, the layout gives plenty of room for time together or space for that relaxing book reading time. The owner very helpful and booking easy. Lots of nice walking, running and cycling in the area for working off all the lovely spanish food. I would fully recommend this villa and hope to visit again soon.

A slice of Mediterranean magic

We loved our stay in Spain. The accommodation is simple and comfortable. The apartment is just a couple of minutes walk from the very pretty waterfront, restaurants and shops. We really relaxed and unwound in this most beautiful location, walking, eating, swimming and chilling out. Very helpful apartment owner and he obviously loves this place and visits often with his family. The apartment has the feel of a place in which lots of people have had very happy times.

Very near to the Amazing Beach!

We have stayed in many self-catering accommodations over the years but have never experienced better quality or facilities than this villa. All amenities we required were provided at the villa, including of course the excellent pool and dining area, and we found the peaceful, if slightly remote, surroundings kept us on site far more than expected. It is very close to the beach. An excellent guide to the property and the local area is provided on booking and those with transport have a good supply of clubs, shops, beautiful countryside, beaches, markets. We enjoyed every minute and wish we had booked for longer.
