CITQ 223157: Located only 5-7 minutes from the Mountain, our modernly designed chalet is ideal for vacationers seeking an oasis near the heart of the action. Located on the beautiful Golf Course La Bête. Comfortably accommodates 4 people (1 Queen bed,1 Sofa Bed). AC, Wood-burning fireplace, TV, BBQ, WiFi, kitchen, playground area, and a magnificent heated in-ground pool (summer ONLY).

*NO PETS NO SMOKING* - Pool opens on June 21st until the end of august.
A bright & spacious living room composed as follows: AC, TV, fireplace, and a nice spacious dining area with a large dining table.
- BBQ in the summertime only, please bring your own propane
- A cozy wood burning fireplace, please bring your own ecological wood
-Fully equipped, hotel quality sheets and towels provided
-Fully equipped kitchen: freezer, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils and tools.
-The condo has 1 beautiful bedroom:
• A first cozy bedroom: Queen-sized bed with storage space
• An extremely comfortable double sofa-bed

The entire condo would be rented out exclusively for you. Therefore, you have full accessibility to all the amenities including our BBQ located on the patio, and the summertime pool (shared with the golf course owners, located next to the club house, two minutes from the chalet). We do not provide BBQ propane

The most common feedback we receive is how peaceful and relaxing being on the Golf Course is while being just minutes away from Tremblant’s most popular attractions such as their slopes. Sunshine or snow there’s always activities in the village such as the Luge, bungee jumping, rock climbing, zip-lining, ATV-ing, boating/kayaking, and of course Skiing/Snowboarding. Located 1 minute away from the Spa Scandinave! Whenever you’re thinking of coming, whatever season we’re in, they’ll always be memorable activities to do.

What’s included?
We include the basics: towels, soap, toilet paper, linens, coffee machine

We DO NOT include: coffee beans, food, firewood, BBQ propane, personal effects etc

We’ve cut out paper towels to reduce our environmental impact, and we have replaced paper towel with kitchen towels.

In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

*We do not provide any firewood or propane.*

We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!

We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout.

-NO SMOKING: 750$ penalty fee
-NO PETS: 300$ penalty fee
-ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE: immediate eviction form the chalet
- EXCEEDING CAPACITY: 300$ penalty fee
- LATE CHECKOUT WITHOUT PERMISSION: 200$
- Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.

All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)


Please take out the garbage before you check-out and leave our property in the state you found it in.
