The Space:

This inviting one-level condo features a bright open-concept layout connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The space is comfortable and functional, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, hiking, golfing, or exploring Mont-Tremblant. Guests can enjoy cozy evenings by the indoor wood-burning fireplace or step outside onto the private balcony to take in the panoramic mountain views.



The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed. The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups, with one queen-size bed and a bunk bed with two single mattresses, plus a convenient en-suite half bathroom. A full bathroom includes both a stand-up shower and bathtub.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo, including the balcony, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and available amenities. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock, and the access code will be sent prior to arrival.



One parking space is available in front of the unit. Additional parking is available in the visitors’ lot located just past the unit, to the left of the garbage bins. Street parking is strictly prohibited and vehicles may be fined or towed at the guest’s expense.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located in the Cap Tremblant resort area, a peaceful and scenic setting just minutes from Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village. Guests can easily access skiing, restaurants, shops, golf courses, hiking trails, Lac Mercier, beaches, bike paths, and year-round outdoor activities. It’s a great location for guests who want mountain views and a quiet retreat while staying close to the action.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the area and access nearby attractions. Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village, ski slopes, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses, and Lac Mercier are all just a short drive away. Parking is available on-site for one vehicle, with additional visitor parking nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Tap water is potable.



The indoor fireplace is accessible year-round; however, firewood is not supplied. Guests who wish to use the fireplace may purchase firewood locally. Eco-friendly logs are recommended.



Initial provisions are provided for your convenience, including ground coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, and one bath towel per guest. Any additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest’s responsibility.



A smart TV is available. Guests must log in with their own streaming accounts to access apps.
