False advertising and unclean.
We showed up 20 minutes prior to check-in at 4pm and the place was unclean from the previous renters. I contacted the host and they sent people to clean who didn't leave until almost 5pm. They advertise this place with a Hot Tub. The building DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB! This is the fourth building part of their complex and the hot tub is in building 2 so you would have to walk for 10 minutes or drive to it - and it wasn't even open.
2 weeks prior to arriving I requested for my emotional support dog to be there. They accepted the certificate but after we arrived, it became all about the dog. I received a call and then non-stop emails.
They claimed that they needed to clean the mattress because of the dog but my dog slept in his bed and in his carrier and not on the tiny bed. My dog is 4lbs and a kittens meow is louder. They claimed noise but there wasn't any.
I would NEVER recommend this place unless you like to book for amenities that are not provided and you like being harrassed. Brutal.
