“La habitación y el desayuno son simples, pero proporcional al precio que se paga comparado con el coste de otros hoteles de la ciudad. La habitación está limpia y el personal de limpieza es muy atento, y simpático. Pero hay que solicitar diariamente que repongan la bolsita de jabón para la ducha. El personal del hotel tiene de todo: Hay unos extremadamente simpáticos y otros muy desagradables. La atención siempre es buen y la predisposición a ayudar también. Únicamente hay que tener cuidado...

"La habitación la limpiaban terriblemente mal, no nos dejaban absolutamente nada, ni papel higiénico, el personal nunca me ayudó, le solicité ayuda para un taxi y me dijeron que yo esperaba afuera y jamás llegó, no hay servicio de comida después de las 6 y se escucha todo de los cuarto vecinos y de arriba, es como para estudiantes, no para descansar, no lo recomiendo"
