“I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. “Nice B&B, bed was very comfortable and the “help yourself” kitchen with coffee and snacks was perfect! My only issue with hotel is that as a solo traveler, it felt very odd to walk into a home and no one was there. You use a code to get into hotel and room but it still felt uncomfortable to me. I wondered if I was the only one there but then I would hear someone walking up stairs. Just a bit unsettling to me. I think if you stay as a couple, it would be perfect. The coupon for breakfast...
