“This is one of our favorite places to stay. The staff are so gracious and go out of their way to accommodate requests. We love the front desk staff, shuttle drivers and the cleaning crew. Jen, the manager is a gem. She was very attentive and made our visit enjoyable. Grouse Mtn is lucky to have her. The restaurant is fantastic and the breakfast is so good. “Get told multiple things from each employee. Rooms are not sounds proof at all you can hear others conversation like they are sitting with you and the screaming kids is always a nice bonus.. dvd player didn’t work, no cable, no service, nothing around unless you want to drive 45 min or longer to another town. The restaurant there isn’t open during the week, but got told different stories by different employees. Ended up not staying the full time I requested a refund not they are playing stupid...
