In the heart of the Baronnies Natural Park, at the foot of the Perty Pass, enjoy a holiday home in the countryside.

The house is overlooking a quiet hamlet and consists of:
- a spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen for your meals with family or friends
- 3 bedrooms with 8 beds: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single bunk beds
- a large mezzanine (40m²) with a sitting area (1 sofa + a convertible sofa bed allowing 2 extra beds)
- a bathroom with Italian shower
- an outdoor solar shower
- a separate toilet

The house is surrounded by a land of 1700m² which is composed of:
- 3 to 4 parking spaces
- An inground swimming pool 4m x 8. 5m privative, salt treatment. It is secured by an electric shutter.
- A wooden terrace that surrounds part of the house and the pool, not overlooked
- A pergola

The interior facilities are:
- Table for 8-10 people (+ outdoor table if needed)
- Rotating heat oven
- Microwave
- Coffee maker and kettle
- Toaster
- Large fridge with freezer compartment
- Dishwasher
- Hair Dryer and Towels Dryer
- Washing machine
- Sheets and towels provided

Outdoor equipment:
- Table for 8-10 people
- Gas barbecue
- 8 sunbeds
- A solar shower

The cleaning fee is optional.
