Hither Hills Beach House con piscina climatizada y acceso privado a la playa del océano

Registro de alquiler 17-393. Esta hermosa casa de Hither Hills tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 1/2 baños y se encuentra a pocos pasos (2 cuadras) de una de las playas más hermosas del océano en el East End de Long Island. La casa es moderna y espaciosa con la fresca brisa del mar y mucha luz natural. Hay aire central, piscina y ducha exterior. También se incluye acceso / estacionamiento privado a la playa codiciada de Hither Hills.

En el primer nivel de esta casa al revés, está el dormitorio principal con una cama king size, baño en suite con ducha y vestidor enorme. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y vestidor. Ambas habitaciones tienen puertas correderas que conducen al gran patio trasero y piscina climatizada. El tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y un armario grande. Hay un baño adicional y lavadora y secadora separadas en este nivel.

El segundo nivel es muy abierto y espacioso, rodeado de grandes ventanas que dejan pasar toneladas de luz natural y la fresca brisa del mar. Hay una chimenea de leña y una gran cocina con electrodomésticos de primera línea. El comedor permite asientos para 12. La cubierta envolvente de este nivel tiene una parrilla y una mesa con sillas perfectas para cenas al aire libre y entretenimiento.

El patio trasero tiene una piscina climatizada rodeada de hermosos jardines. Hay tumbonas para relajarse y tomar el sol. Una mesa con capacidad para 10 personas permite cenas y entretenimiento al aire libre adicionales. La ducha privada cerrada al aire libre es excelente después de la playa.

Puede caminar a la playa del océano con su tabla de surf o equipo de playa en 5 minutos o conducir y estacionar en cualquiera de las 4 áreas de estacionamiento privado en las dunas. Los inquilinos recibirán una llave y un pase de estacionamiento para las entradas a la playa privada, parte de la Asociación MBPOA de Hither Hill.

La casa está a solo minutos del spa de clase mundial de Gurney y a menos de 2 millas del pueblo de Montauk con excelentes restaurantes y la vida nocturna de Hamptons.

Hidden Treasure in Montauk

House was in excellent condition with plenty of amenities with premium access to the local ocean beaches. Highly recommend for families.

Making Memories in Montauk Beach

This property was very functional, quiet, and spacious. Having been a vacationer for a few years in Montauk as a family with adult children, we could all spread out. The beach access /parking pass helped significantly to make our 'beach days' precious and relaxed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Montauk Getaway

Stayed at this property with my wife and two small children. The living area upstairs was perfect with the open set up and wrap around porch! The location was great with a short drive / walk to beach and the town of Montauk. I property could use a little TLC for linens, outdoor light bulbs and towels. Otherwise, it was a 10/10.

Very nice!

Beautiful, quiet, upscale neighborhood with great access to beach; close to town. The heated pool was wonderful and the gardens are very nice. Some of the furniture needs replacing (rusty table on deck, rotting teak furniture by the pool). The windows in the twin bedroom were dirty. Wire hangers in closets with many plastic dry cleaning bags; old pillows piled on closet shelves emitting musty odors were unappreciated. The family room chairs need to be replaced. But the kitchen was clean and nice; great appliances and beautiful granite. Sturdy composite deck on upper level with lovely breezes, surrounded by mature trees. We saw a hummingbird in the garden! Overall, we liked the place very much and had a wonderful time there for a long weekend. We would definitely go back!

Very pleased with decision to stay at Tricia Lynn’s home. The house was perfect. Great location in Montauk. Host is excellent. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for families. HH beach access is so convenient.

Nice location

Lovely home that could use new bed linens and a new deck. Not safe for young children. The lower level had a moldy smell and caused allergic reaction to some. Pool was great. Also until I received the information packet the day before arrival, I was unaware we were responsible to bring all our trash to the recycle center and were given no details on sorting of trash. Great location!!

Amazing montauk stay

This is now our third straight summer renting this property, and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect and the house comes with a beach parking pass/key to a private ocean front beach. The house is always perfect on our arrival and communication with the owner/house manager during our stay is very easy. We can't wait to come back next year.

Hidden Gem in Montauk

This house is in an excellent location, perched high in hither hills. The house itself is sturdy, with 3 nice bedrooms. It could use a little TLC, with noisy screen doors and bulbs out but it is a nice house.

Great family beach house

We loved staying at this property. The upstairs common space is open and bright, but surrounded by trees for privacy. My kids loved the pool and the it was great that we could turn on the heater as needed to warm it up. The beach is only a 1 min drive down the street.. definitely walkable, but with two kids and all the beach stuff, I greatly appreciated the beach parking pass. Downtown area was a nice distance away so it didn’t feel busy, but close enough that we could get there in 5 min by car for ice cream and other treats.

Montauk Family Weelend

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful Montauk home. It was exactly like the pictures and we were all so comfortable. We came to Montauk for a family wedding and the house was in the perfect location to the wedding venue. We enjoyed breakfasts at the large table and sat outside on the deck and by the pool. Walking to beach was very easy. It was a great family weekend trip at a wonderful home.

Needed a Mental Health Break

Perfect short getaway from work, the stress of the pandemic, and having three college kids doing remote classes. House was clean, beautiful and perfect. Close to everything. I walked miles on the beach, saw a whale, and had some red wine on the deck. My kids fished all over Montauk between classes, tests and eating lobster rolls. I highly recommend this property.

Great beach stay!

We loved the easy beach access from this house. It really made staying in Montauk so special to be able to walk to the gorgeous beach and park at the beach when bringing supplies.

Great home to stay

Highly recommend Tricia’s home. Home was very clean and exactly as described on website. The access to private hither hills beach is great and very easy to get to. She is very easy to work with and look forward to going again.

A perfect stay

A beautiful, secluded property. We had a great week here, enjoyed the pool and the grounds. Grilled on the deck. The kitchen is very well-outfitted. The beds are VERY comfortable, the air conditioning is VERY effective. The house was very clean and there are plenty of beach chairs and towels. The beach pass is KEY! We've been going to Montauk for years and we've never enjoyed the beach as much as this week. Even at peak season, we saw only a handful of other people at the beach. Tricia was very easy to deal with, all communication went well. We hope to come back next year!

Ideal location and nice open spaces

The property itself is in a great location and set at the end of a road so you do have some privacy there however the backyard and neighboring backyard are adjacent - nothing inhibiting to our stay but something to take note of. Everything was well kept and the kitchen/living area is an nice open space on the second floor so you have nice views (you can actually see the water because of the elevation). Overall we had an awesome weekend and would stay again.

Perfect Montauk Home

We loved our stay! Montauk is such a magical place and the best part is having a quiet, spacious, immaculate and comfortable home base. The location of this Home is phenomenal! So close to the beach, town, Gurney’s and so much more! Harvest and Crow’s Best are a couple mins down the road and are two of our absolute favorite restaurants. If we stayed longer we would have made use of the grill and enormous open floor plan kitchen, however for a long weekend having these incredible restaurants nearby made a couple of perfect evenings. We would definitely stay again!

Reality check!

It's a clean house and they have a great set of pans in the kitchen. The pictures look beautiful, but it's taken with a wide lenses camera - it seems much smaller when you arrive. The fire place looks great too, but you'll soon discover (a couple of days before you get to the house) that you're not permitted to use it and a number of other things, like you'll be paying for utilities from your security deposit. It's an okay house, but I honestly think I can find better. Also, the pool will not be heated when you arrive and you'll have to wait a couple of days for it heat up (and you'll have to ask for directions first). If you are coming with 2 cars realize that you only get one parking beach pass. It turned out to be a nice vacation, but too many negative surprises in this house....
