This family-friendly community features a brand new private patio with a seating area for a meal or morning cup of coffee and only a 50 yd walk to the beach! There is also a pool deck located on the property for you to enjoy! Lastly, the town is just a quick walk or bike ride where you can pick up groceries or grab a bite at one of the great local restaurants!
    This meticulously cared for "nest by the sea" is perfect for quiet and peaceful weekends to replenish the soul. Ask about the mother daughter opportunity if you want friends or family to be in another unit at the same time . It's a perfect solution for group vacations .

The host is very thoughtful, gracious and helpful. For example, when the snow fell (which made the place more magical than ever) the parking space was plowed and the stairs to the unit were cleared.) The condo unit is great and the location to town and beaches was terrific. A all around.

Relaxing family trip

Great trip and area to go with a little one. Beach right across the street and grass to play on and a nice pool on the property as well. The place had everything you could need and was very cozy and comfortable. Thank you!

Great little escape

Great location, quiet, walking distance to the beach, short drive or walkable to town, very clean, great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend staying here for a couple’s getaway weekend. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Exactly as described, clean, view of the ocean, fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was very attentive…a quick email via vrbo and we received an answer within the hour! Definitely going back next year!

We just got home from a wonderful weekend in Montauk. Our host was so attentive. It was my husband's birthday and we were so impressed and happy with our rental. This unit was the most stocked unit we've stayed in! So many details! Lush bedding, super comfortable living room with fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen! Just so comfy and cozy for a November weekend. We'll definitely be back!

Had a great time! The location and amenities were perfect. Love that you could walk across the street for beach access but also have a pool option. We will be back!
