“Great property, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful check in help. Had issue with A/C, fixed very quickly. This is not a criticism but a suggestion, paper towel in the kitchen, one extra roll of toilet paper, pool towels and maybe a couple of laundry pods would have been very helpful, especially when traveling from the USA.”

“The host and owner of the villa welcome us very warm and friendly. In a quick walk around she explained us all the details and how to use the equipment. Kids and dogs are very welcome. (btw: our kids liked the pool and the adults the BBQ-station) The beaches of St. Maxim and even to St. Tropez are very closed and with the car reachable in less than a hour. “The property was clean, tidy and looked nicer than the pictures on the listing. The grounds were great for the kids and pool was perfect, plenty of entertainments for adults and children, tennis court just topped it all off. Would highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful vacation at Annes and Thierrys house. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Everything was very clean, spacious and modern. Air condition in every room. We loved especially the big kitchen/living room with everything you need to cook for 8 persons, also the big fridge and freezer. Anne and Thierry are very nice hosts, showed us the house at arrival and we could contact them whenever we had a question. We can recommrend a stay at the house very much!”

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. La localisation est parfaite et nous avions une vue imprenable sur le village de Fayence est ses environs depuis la propriété. Le jardin et la piscine sont de taille respectable et bien entretenus. La maison en elle même est bien équipée jusque dans les derniers détails et très vaste. “Sehr schönes Haus, mit tollem Garten und leckeren Orangenbäumen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht!!! Wir durften auch alles mitbenutzen,wie z.B.die Waschmaschine. Sehr viel Platz, mit 3 Schlafzimmern und großem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Für den Hund standen auch 2 Näpfe da! Das einzige Manko war die Matratze im Schlafzimmer, leider etwas durchgelegen. “Wir haben die Woche in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute ruhige Lage. Man ist schnell an der Küste, dem Flughafen und im Hinterland. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur 10 min. entfernt. Jean ist ein unkomplizierter und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er hat uns mit Oliven und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau verwöhnt. Wir können das Anwesen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.”

“Wir waren 10 Tage im Oktober zu Viert in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Den schönen Außenbereich konnten wir nicht so nutzen, da es leider zu wenige Sonnentage gab. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und bei Problemen wurde schnell geholfen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.”

“Four couples enjoyed an eight day stay at this lovely, well presented villa. What a location! The villa was very clean, has a spacious living area of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with plenty of seating for us all. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, glasses and cutlery-everything you would need.
