We stayed here for 5 nights and had a very disappointing experience.
Towels & basic amenities: We booked for 2 adults and a baby, but only received 2 towels total. When we asked for extras, we were charged €2 per towel. No pool towels were available either, and the pool itself was uncomfortably cold. The room came with 2 sachets of instant coffee at check-in, but housekeeping never replenished them during our entire stay. For a hotel, this level of stinginess with basic items is unacceptable.
Cleanliness & maintenance: The room was not properly clean. The shower didn’t work for 2 days, which was extremely inconvenient. Even worse, I cut my finger on a sharp edge of the bathtub and bled heavily — a serious safety hazard that should never exist in a hotel room.
Overall, the combination of poor service, lack of upkeep, and unsafe conditions left us deeply dissatisfied. This hotel does not meet even basic hospitality standards, and I cannot recommend it.
Positive was free parking and it’s kid friendly!
