“The room was set up in a bizarre way with a large number of lights in the internal stair being permanently on throughout the night. I presume this was because of safety as the stair, while only 1 step, was 10m wide. This meant the room was lit up like a Xmas tree. It explains why eye masks were provided but here we are in the rainforest and the room is lit. Very annoying.”

“The most wonderful, relaxing, get away with the family (2 adults; 2 teenagers). So many interesting things to see and do, and hardly any time spent on tech! The dining and ambience was wonderful too. We all can’t wait to go back.”
