  • The house, 75 square meters, is newly built, surrounded by olive, oak and pine trees. It is independent, far from noise, noise and water, atmospheric and local pollution. It consists of a dining room kitchen, fully furnished with fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, table, chairs, sofa bed, TV and fireplace. The master bedroom is large and equipped with wardrobes. The bathroom has a large shower and a sink complete with small drawers and a large mirror. Serene home in wine country.

Beautiful and quiet home in the countryside within a short walk of Montecarlo. Still just a short drive to all surrounding Tuscan and Garfagnana destinations. Clean, comfortable upscale furnishings with everything you need to make yourself feel like home. Luigi and Franca were great hosts and we will certainly stay here again when back in the region.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Luigi et Franca nous ont accueilli chaleureusement.Luigi est de très bons conseils pour les visites et aime échanger avec ses hôtes tout en restant très discret. La climatisation était bienvenue pendant notre semaine.Cuisine très bien équipée. proximité de Sienne,Pise,Florence,Lucca.

Absolutely amazing

We had a wonderful holiday at Luigi and Franca's holiday home. We were welcomed unreservedly and made to feel at ease. The house was beautiful and the grounds and views were lovely. On our arrival we had a bowl of fresh fruit on the dining table, a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. As if that wasn't enough Franca had made for us the best tiramisu we had ever tasted. I would highly recommend this property for your holiday. Thank you Luigi and Franca for your hospitality and we hope to see you again.

Lovely week

We had a lovely week with Luigi and Franca. They are such nice hosts. We would be greeted with a delicious tiramisu and a bottle of wine. We had such lovely conversations with Luigi and got lots of tips from him for nice trips. The house is everything as described and furnished so that you can feel comfortable in it. Sommer in der Toscana 2023

Unser Aufenthalt bei Franca und Luigi war sehr perfekt! Eine traumhaft schöne Lage, eine wundervolle kleine Villa mit jeglichen Komfort! Für auch nahegelegene Ausflüge ist ein Auto dringend notwendig! Bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen wäre ein Pool schön gewesen. Besonders zuvorkommende und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber! Luigi hat, wann immer es erforderlich war, sich um alles sofort gekümmert! Danke für alles, insbesondere an Franca, danke für das mega leckere Tiramisu!

Lovely House & Property

What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history. Don't miss Franca's most amazing tiramisu. Sorry I didn't get the recipe!

Schöner Urlaub 2023 in Montecarlo/ Tolle Vermieter/ Tolles Haus

Wir wurden von Franca und Luigi herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist super, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Zur Begrüßung wurden wir mit einer Obstschale, Getränke und einem fantastischen Tiramisu überrascht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Montecarlo sehr genossen. Außergewöhnlich schöne Ferienwochen

Unsere zwei Urlaubswochen in Montecarlo in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus bei Luigi und Franca waren wunderschön! Noch nie sind wir von Vermietern so herzlich empfangen worden. Es fehlte an gar nichts und das Gefühl, entspannt unseren Urlaub zu verbringen, vermittelte uns Luigi durch seine so freundliche und zugewandte Betreuung und Hilfsbereitschaft. Herzlichen Dank euch beiden, auch für den Wein, das Obst und das köstliche Tiramisu, das Franca für uns zubereitet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und darüberhinaus ist Montecarlo ein perfekt gelegener und noch dazu sehr schöner Standort, um die nördlich Toscana zu entdecken.

Like home in Tuscany

Franca and Luigi are extraordinary hosts and made us feel like home in Tuscany the moment we arrived until we left. The location is perfect to visit around Lucca, Florence and Montecarlo is a nice little village with all commodities close by. The house had everything we needed, we felt very safe. All spotless clean, confortable bed, air conditioning if needed. We even had a basket of fruit, bottle of local white wine and Franca's amazing tiramisu awaiting at our arrival. Luigi gave us many information on sites to visit and was readily available if we needed something. Thank you so much Franca and Luigi and we will hopefully see you again soon.

Jovial et chaleureux pour l'accueil des propriétaires qui habitent juste à coté, Luigi est un personnage à connaitre avec son épouse . La maison propre et moderne. tout confort disponible. Four, lave vaisselle, lave linge , micro ondes Wi-Fi etc. Vous êtes dans une propriété qui fait environ 2 hectares ,la route est suffisamment loin de l'hébergement. On appréciera le parking sécurisé, et la nature des oliviers sur une colline. Les inconvénients Attention si enfant en bas Age pour la mezzanine ,et juste un train de passage de temps en temps ainsi que le bruit au loin du voisinage et surtout les moustiques en période. Hébergement qui mérite une halte.

Wunderbares 1. Mal in der Toscana

Wir haben wunderbare 10 Tage bei Luigi und Franca verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt, viel gelacht und tolle Gespräche geführt. Danke dafür! Die beiden sind perfekte Gastgeber, unaufdringlich aber jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar!! Da wir mit Auto, Anhänger und Motorrad angereist sind, war uns Sicherheit und Parkmöglichkeit wichtig und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir haben die Ruhe der Umgebung und die trotzdem zentrale Lage (für unsere Touren) sehr geschätzt. Jederzeit wieder!! (persönlich an Franca: il tuo tiramisu era di classe mondiale) Grazie mille.

Urlaub Toscana vom 13.-20.5.23

Leider hatten wir kein reines Sonnenscheinwetter wie man es von Italien erwartet, aber wir haben durch die kurzen Entfernungen zu Pisa, Lucca, Florenz, Montecatini-Terme sehr viel besichtigt und es war dadurch ein schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung war schön, sehr ruhig und der Vermieter hat sich gut um unsere Belange gekümmert.

Esperienza consigliatissima

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento immerso nella natura con tre amici, la casa èndipendente, dotata di ogni comfort, la pulizia e la cura che abbiamo trovato sono state a dir poco impeccabili. Tutt'attorno vi è un enorme giardino, all'esterno un delizioso patio. Il luogo è silenziosissimo e facilmente raggiungibile. La casa è davvero perfetta per poter visitare diversi luoghi, Montecatini, Pistoia, Lucca e pisa a circa 20/30 minuti, Firenze a meno di un ora. Luigi è una persona fantastica, fatevi una chiacchierata se soggiornerete da lui, ha tante cose da raccontarvi! Torneremo sicuramente!

Wonderful holiday in Tuscany

Luigi and Franca are wonderful hosts. Luigi speaks fluent English and gives many interesting tips on places to visit. This place is ideal for sightseeing both by car and by train. Franka has prepared for us delicious pineapple cake and Tirmaisu. We have had a great holiday !

Tolles Haus, Lage und Vermieter

Super nettes Vermieterpaar. Tolles Haus mit Fliegengittern an den Fenstern, was sehr praktisch war. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage, kein Verkehrslärm. Wir waren schnell auf der Autobahn. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Tiramisu von Franca war sehr lecker und wir werden sie und Luigi vermissen. Unsere beiden Söhne wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen - was echt was zu bedeuten hat. Toller Urlaub in der Toskana mit guter Ausgangslage in alle Richtungen.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage

Die Vermieter Franka und Luigi sind ein sehr nettes Paar. Wir würden Herzlich mit Obstkorb und Tiramisu begrüßt. Luigi spricht perfekt Englisch und steht bei allen Fragen und Problemen gern zur Seite. Das Haus und die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Toskana mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Auch tolle Wandergebiete oder das Meer sind gut erreichbar. Gute Restaurants sind alle in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Vermieter sind super nette und herzliche Leute, die sich hingebungsvoll und das Objekt und das Grundstück kümmern. Als wir am Objekt ankamen, stand ein Empfangspaket für uns bereit, bestehend aus Getränken, Obst und Früchten. Obwohl wir relativ spät angekommen sind, wurden wir herzlich empfangen und in die Liegenschaft eingewiesen. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes Probleme mit einer Klimaanlage im Haus, der Vermieter hat sich sofort um eine Lösung gekümmert. Vielen Dank Franka und Luigi! Sehr gerne besuchen wir euch wieder!

Gastvrij en comfortabel

Wij zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Luigi en Franca. Ons verblijf in het vrijstaande vakantiehuis was bijzonder aangenaam. Het weer was warm, het huis was aangenaam koel, de aanwezige airco hebben we nauwelijks gebruikt. Het huis is volledig ingericht voor een plezierig verblijf, binnen en buiten. Luigi en Franca zijn heel vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam, met veel respect voor onze privacy. Het huis is uitstekend bereikbaar met eigen vervoer, ruime eigen parkeergelegenheid, mooie en rustige omgeving.. Kortom, een aanrader voor het verkennen van de regio.

Wir wurden von Franca und Luigi herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Zur Begrüßung gab es alle notwendigen Lebensmittel und Getränke, welche man bis zum ersten Einkauf benötigt. Zwischendurch wurden wir von Franca noch mit einer superleckeren Tiramisu und einer Ananastorte verwöhnt. Alles in allem war war es für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren. Liebe Grüße und alles Gute Michaela und Andres

Modern comfortable accommodation

Very friendly hosts who were keen for us to have an enjoyable stay, Franga made us a delicious tiramisu which was most kind and Luigi was on hand to help in any way he could.
