The classic materials of the Tuscan tradition are appreciated, such as Pietra Serena di Cardoso, Carrara marble and the wax-treated walls used in the stately homes of Lucca, which create a unique mix that reaches the pinnacle of elegance within this villa. Villa Gabri is located 3 km from the medieval village of Montecarlo, a small jewel nestled between Lucca and Val di Nievole. Montecarlo is a village perched on the peak of a gentle Tuscan hill, which dominates the slopes cloaked in vineyards from which one of the most renowned red wines in Tuscany originates, which you can taste in the countless cellars that line the famous wine road (http://www.montecarloditoscana.it/en/). The villa, air conditioned in the bedrooms, is on three levels and has a large living area on the ground floor as well as a well-equipped and bright kitchen including the dining area and two service bathrooms, one adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine and one near the entrance with access also from outside so that it can also be used by those who are in the pool. Going up to the first floor through the majestic and elegant marble staircase, you reach the first floor with the sleeping area consisting of 4 elegant bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Continuing up the staircase you reach the second floor where an open space will welcome you. As a corollary of the villa you will find a flat garden surrounded by a green lawn where you can walk enjoying the typical smells of medicinal plants, olive trees, flowers and many lemons typical of the city of Lucca. In the large space overlooking the entrance of the villa, you will find two living areas shaded by two large umbrellas, one dedicated to the outdoor dining area and one with an outdoor sitting area. Continuing through the garden you will find the pearl of the property, the enchanting pool with blue mosaic, typical of Roman baths, equipped with a large Teak solarium where you can relax under the umbrellas while sipping a good glass of red wine from the area. Interiors:

The property is divided into three floors, with the possibility of accessing the ground floor from different points. The main entrance is located in correspondence with the outdoor living area on the front of the property and allows access to the living area consisting of a large living room, which houses the TV corner with sofas and ornamental fireplace and a table for play or work, a large and bright kitchen with dining area, a service bathroom with washing machine adjacent to the kitchen and a side service bathroom at the front door that can be used by the pool. From the living room there is a large marble staircase that reaches the first floor where you will find the sleeping area consisting of four double bedrooms. All four bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, two with a shower and two with a shower and a whirlpool bath. Continuing on the second floor you reach an open space with a bathroom with shower. Completely fenced and bordered by hedges, enriched with multicolored floral essences, aromatic plant bushes, ancient vases, Villa Gabri is surrounded by a flat English lawn, which covers 5000 square meters with terracotta pots with lemon plants and many olive trees, typical of the area. Adjacent to the entrance, with a view of the garden, you will find under the shade of a large umbrella the dining area with the table where you can enjoy breakfasts and lunches in complete relaxation, embraced by the scents of the surrounding vineyards. Next to the dining area is the outdoor living area where you will also find the mobile barbecue useful for organizing barbecues with friends immersed in a unique tranquility. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.


Pool:

The swimming pool, located on the front of the villa, which is 25 meters away, can be reached through the rectangular square in front of the entrance, measures 7 m x 13 m with a depth varying from 1 m to 2.40 m. It is covered in blue mosaic typical of Roman baths and the entry into the pool is facilitated by two internal Roman stairs. It is also equipped with three hydromassage stations and internal lighting. At the disposal of guests in the teak wood solarium there is a hot shower and comfortable sun loungers shaded by three umbrellas, it is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
