The house is located in a quiet hillside setting, 5 minutes from the town of Montefiore dell'Aso, one of Italy's most beautiful villages, 13 km from the sea, with a wonderful view that takes in the sea on one side and the Sibillini Mountains on the other—a view that can be admired from the wooden porch just outside the apartment, where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners featuring the property’s own local specialties! Guests have access to a barbecue where they can prepare excellent grilled meals with local meats and a fantastic wood-fired oven ready to bake tasty pizzas. Guests can enjoy produce from the garden cultivated by Laura and her husband. The property is close to the cities of Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, and other major centers of historical and cultural interest, as well as being just a stone’s throw from the beaches of Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto, and Porto San Giorgio. Guests will find all the linens they need for their stay, along with laundry service and Wi-Fi. Those interested can tour the estate and admire the farm animals, collect fresh eggs, and pick organic fruits and vegetables.
