This was the BEST place ive ever stayed in. I travel to Jamaica 4 times a year and I will never stay anywhere else. The room is beautiful and spacious. Very clean and its close to EVERYTHING (food clothes gift shops, clubs) etc. The host was also very pleasant and informative, made me feel like I was home. Please book this place u will have the time of your life!!

This room was disgusting, outdated, walls were filthy front door barley worked sliding door must be lifted to open and closed..was not advertised only AC in bedroom No AC in living room.. smelled of smoke..furniture and linen stained..do not stay here

The owner is very down to earth and communicable The apartment is clean and the decor is great. We were out of the apartment most times. The veiw is great as well Can't add anything negative as we were out of the apartment most times...Bed is comfortable. We didn't have time to even use the pool or the beach hope this helps.

The room was disgusting no appliances roaches the toilets were all stained and rusted the staff in the building were rude our bed sheets were dirty the furniture was outdated and falling apart we didn’t even have a broom to sweep

I stayed with friends for 4 nights…we were very welcomed by the manager as he communicated well…even checking at times to see if we were ok….the hot water was broken on the second night and never got fixed….the room was clean but the sofa beds was so uncomfortable and dilapidated….the passage way was very mucky as no a\c was running Could not wait to get out of that awful place My vacation was Half ruins

Property nasty. Pool nasty. I was rented a room not presented online..conditions was poor. Worn out utensils, mattress with dip with wire coming out of the hole. No vibes no jamaican musijamaican music. Community filled with Indiaculture

The Apartment complex had a pool and it was easy access to several amusement parks, restaurants were within walking distance. You can even access a tour company nearby. The apartment had several ammenities but its not outfitted for luxury, its a very basic apartment. TV, electric stove top, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, cable TV, wifi works well. Bathroom very small. Apartment suitable for 2 persons. I would say 3 stars..not bad..

when i arrived, i received a warm and friendly welcome from the caretaker, he was also helpful with helping me fine an affordable repair shop for my car. he his an awesome guy. The first apartment was not the best but the caretaker made sure i was move to a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view throughout the rest of my stay. i am defiantly returning.

Like the location, spacious accommodation, friendly staff and a good manager that goes out of his way to give guest the best possible stay. George is a very reasonable and fair man. Didn't like that property was run down and in need a a major upgrade. If you're a big time investor then you may see this property as a great opportunity.

The owner was accommodating for check in, however that was the only positive thing about this apartment itself. The first night we came, the apartment was dusty, we were given towels the literally shed on you when you used it, most of the pots and pans had handles that were falling off them. The were these little tiny white bugs that were EVERYWHERE! I was traveling with someone who resides in Jamaica and even they couldn't figure out what it was. The sheets and blankets had stains on them; i could honestly go on and on. This property is severely outdated! After two nights we returned to the apt and someone had come in to clean it; the owner forgot to tell us this so we walked in feeling like someone had been in our place without permission. I have heard there are some really nice places in Turtle Towers; this is not one of them. I would not return nor recommend this property to anyone!

Location was ideal. Pool chairs could be better to allow to switch positions. Only allowed for laying on back. Security was good. Could use a coffee maker in the room. Was not pleased with check in conversation with person over the phone. Somewhat rude and aggressive with payment as if I was trying to cheat him or not pay upon check in.

Closed to beach

The area is very nice and the people are very warm and I would go back to the area . The place is very beautiful and clean. The ocean is beautiful and blue . You have nothing but blue skies. My family did have a wonderful time in the country of Jamaica- no problem man😃

Horrible Horrendous dirty Room!!!

I had the worse accommodation and experience this pass trip to Ocho Rios my room was switched by the owner of the hotel from Turtle Towers to Sandcastle Resorts. He claimed that he had plumbing trouble at Turtle Towers hotel but I guess it was at both hotels. My husband and I would have had a very disheartening time. The toilet couldn't flush the fan in the ceiling was dirty, the shower curtain was rusty and old dirty even. A huge padlock on the narrow balcony with two dirty chairs. Out of my 4 night stay 3 nights of party on the beach from 6pm-12 am with sound music box centered towards the room. It vibrated for those long hours Horrible Horrendous..

not at all what they advertised

The beach access was blocked off so had to walk a long way to access the beach . Housekeeping came every other day and did not want to change sheets . One day just rotated same sheets on bed . Ran out of toilet paper . Did not clean stove . Towels not fresh and had bleach marks . Not all the same brand or color . No weekend housekeeping available .room looks nice and could be very comfortable if it was clean. Owner very pleasant and tried to be helpful .sliding belcony door does not lock . Clock dies not work .

The hotel was nasty.

This hotel should not be on Expedia because it smells bad, the furniture is old, the kitchen is dirty and the closet in the living room had a lock on it so I was unable to open it.

My checking in process was very slow simply because after 5 PM there is no front desk clerk. I had to wait on the ower to come and check me in. I stayed from Monday to Thursday and no one came to clean my room are offered towels .
