  • Beautiful studios in a secured rustic Condominium complex with awesome views of the Caribbean sea and mountains. The pulse of the city can be felt as the studios are close to the popular Hip Strip with its night life, down town, and Harmony Beach Park. Approximately 8 minutes from the airport and a brief walk to the heart of it all.
    The property is walking distance to the city center, beaches, restaurants, shopping and the Hip Strip. Taxis are easily available.

Walkable to beach and a main strip.. if you are good with hills and steep steps. Decent food by poolside bar within property. Safe and friendly place to enjoy a short visit or extended stay. Good view of the bay from rooftop and my room also faced the water from terrace.

Great place to stay for your vacation or other

I love the beautiful balcony view, close to enough things you can walk and enjoy, environment is safe, host very responsive, this is my second stay here and i would definitely stay and recommend to others.

Home away from Home

This is my second time staying here. I LOVE this little place! I stayed for 5 nights and everything was great. Will be using this place anytime I visit MoBay.

3rd time's the charm!

And so we're the 1st and 2nd times! 😀 I just love this room. I love waking up to the beautiful view the balcony offers and being close enough to walk down to KFC or Juici Patty without the hassle of traffic. Will definitely be staying here again.

Our Caribbean Getaway Stay!

This property was just right for our stay. It was relatively clean and spacious. It is right in the heart of downtown and so the location was bang on!To get to the apartment there are steps, if yo have limited mobility it might be an issue for you. Otherwise if you are looking for an apartment for a good budget, I would definitely recommend This. Also Carlton is very goos at getting back to your queries.

We stayed at this location for 14 nights

The location was ideal with an amazing view of the ocean. It was a bit noisy from the traffic on the road but if you are able to ignore the noise, it’s terrific. The furniture could use some upgrade and the pool needs some working on. Overall, it was a a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay there again. Great Spot in Montego Bay

This property is within walking distance to many locations in Montego Bay. Be aware that the walk back is steep, but do-able. If you want to head to Doctors Cave, there is a staircase straight across the road from the property that leads down to the main road. The view from the terrace is spectacular. Be aware it’s on a busy street so you will hear traffic at night and sometimes music from the surrounding area. Close the door to the kitchen to keep the cool air inside the room. There is a small bar with some food offered on site. Bring Jamaican currency unless you want to pay a bit more.

This property met our needs. It was a short walk (5-10 mins) to beach and SCUBA diving. The staircase down to the water right across the street was very handy. It was pretty clean and had a nice view of the ocean. There are 4 things that would have made our stay much better: 1. the pillows on the bed were awful and need replacing 2. There was only one chair on the patio and it was not sturdy enough to sit in. 2 comfy, sturdy chairs would be great 3. the kitchen could use a few more items such as bowls, salt and pepper, an ice cube tray, sharper knives etc. 4. beach towels would be a nice addition

Had its ups and downs

This is our second stay here. Our stay this time was fairly good, however it was very noisy as it close to the road. The location is perfect to get to the town and to the hip strip. The cable tv was not working so we could not watch tv all week. There was limited cutlery but when we contacted the host he provided us with some new cutlery the same day. The decor is very outdated and could do with some new chairs to sit on the veranda. On the plus side we enjoyed the pool and the bar on site, staff were very friendly and welcoming. The owner of the mini market was amazing he provided us with an excellent taxi service for all our outings and very reasonably priced, he made our time here the best. Big up Andrew

Sooo disappointing upon entrance I was greeted with dog/cat poo at front door. The accommodation needs a completely new lick of paint. The bathroom and kitchen need a good clean and removal of all of the old equipment. The bedding was also old sheets, but there was towels and a tea towel provided too. It’s very nosy because the apartment looks out over the sea which was beautiful at night, so being prepared for music or transport noise all night took a little getting use too! The beach is a 10min walk, so I was able escape for better view of Mo bay! Overall if don’t mind rough it… then your fine… otherwise never again!!!!

In the heart of Montego Bay

It was my husbands and I first stay in Jamaica and if your looking to be in the heart of Montego Bay this is the place you want! We arrived on Dec 31, 2023 and brought in the New Year in Jamaican style. The people are very friendly and helpful. Our host was amazing, when we had questions or concerns he replied quickly. We had free entertainment everyday day and night because we were on one of the most busiest roads in Jamaica, so if your looking for peace and quiet this is not your place. For us we came here to be with the people and be in their culture. That's what travelling is!! The only issue I had and it wasn't that bad, was that the kitchen had a weird layout (no feng shui) and was not stocked with enough dishes. Other than that we enjoy being in Montego Bay, Jamaica

My partner and I stayed here for 5 days, and overall loved it. For anyone considering booking:Cons: when people talk about the noise, it's not normal city hustle-and-bustle. The condo balcony overlooks a narrow, winding street, and people going around the curve are honking alllll day long. It lessens a little at night, but yikes it is real loud. A white sound machine helped us a lot, but if you're a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Also, while the place is clean, there are some things that can't be helped... It's a tropical island. The outside of the building had quite a few large cockroaches. We only saw one in our room and it was already dead, so I'm sure owners are already attempting pest control. But if you're squeamish about bugs, may not be the best place for you.Pros: the bar/restaurant by the pool is GREAT. The woman who runs it is delightful and she makes delicious food. There's also a mini-mart on site, which was super helpful. The a/c in the room works beautifully. The view off the balcony is just amazing. The location is great, and if you don't mind some exercise, lots of things are walkable. I would recommend ubering back though... that hill is steep! All in all, we had a fantastic time here, and would definitely stay again! Keep an eye out for kitties, they love to hang out poolside!!

I am so so to say. But there were mold in the bathroom and also as soon as we enter in the apartment, there is some mold growing on the left hand side on the wall. When we got in the bathroom there was plenty of mold hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom was flooded so I had to mop up the water and my fiancé found where the water was coming from and turn of the water. I reached out to the person in charge and he sent over a plumber. The plumber did not do anything. He told us the problem and tell us that we need to keep the toilet water turned off because that’s where it’s been flooded from and he will come back the next day to fix it. The plumber did not came back to fix the toilet. The Furniture‘s in the house need upgrade. Even the kitchen need fully upgrade. The view from the balcony was perfect and the pool on the property was big enough. Overall, the communication with the person was good, but we needed a different room and he did not have one so I decided to stay. However, I had to go to my boyfriend house, which is a bit of distance from the town and sleep because the bed in the apartment was not comfortable.
