“The arrival went very smoothly thanks to the house hostess who had the patience to wait for us because our flight was delayed. This property/house is simply marvellous! Lush green garden with olive, lemon- and lime-trees. Beautiful flowers and even a little forest with 7-8 meters tall bamboo. The 100 steps down to the Adriatic sea and its crystal clear water were a pleasure to walk down on every morning. Our teenagers and we loved swimming there with the Kotor bay mountains in the background....

“Leider haben wir ein unsauberes Haus vorgefunden. Am Tag der Ankunft mussten wir alles reinigen und abgelaufene Lebensmittel entsorgen. Der Besitzer hat als Bedingung eine Endreinigung von uns vorausgesetzt, obwohl die Reinigung bereits im Preis enthalten war. Vorsicht beim Benutzen der Einrichtung. Der Besitzer könnte später behaupten, dass Sachen fehlen oder zerstört worden sind. ”

“The property is very spacious and comfortable with stunning views over the bay. It has a front balcony and a side garden terrace, so all day sunshine. Very friendly family that own the property and live above, great to talk to, to gain an understanding of the locality and indeed, recent Montenegro history. “It was a very nice experience to stay at Ivan and Mira's house. Beautiful garden is full of roses, banana trees, rosemary and other plants. House is very solid and have many windows and ironwork. Ivan and Mira were amazing hosts. There were no issues to check in. Ivan was available all the time to answer any questions we had. House has a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. “The house is new and clean but the area around the house is unpleasant. The matresses are very uncomfortable with sink holes in them. The owner did doublebooking and tried to kick us out in the middle of our stay there. ”

“Een prachtige plek, iets lastig te vinden. De rust en het zwembad zijn erg fijn en je kunt goed ontspannen. Huisje is ruim. Het huisje was perfect schoon. Olya en Uwe zijn geweldige mensen en willen het je heel graag naar de zin maken, zodat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Bedankt daarvoor”

Doch wurden wir so herzlich und aufmerksam von dem Ehepaar empfangen, dass wir uns die zwei Wochen rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, eigentlich genau wir auf den Fotos. “Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Budva sehr genossen. Von der Unterkunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Es ist wirklich ein schönes Haus. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles da, was wir brauchten. Auch der Pool war sauber und wurde gerne von uns genutzt. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann Supermärkte und den Strand zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Adi immer zur Stelle. Er hat alles gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Danke!!! Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter...

“We had an amazing week at Palmagora. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. As it is up in the mountains, the views were fantastic and surroundings were very quiet. The kids loved the pool. Chris shared lots of information before our visit, including detailed directions which was very helpful. Considering the location of the apartment, the detailed directions was very welcome. I would highly recommend it!”
