“Die Kommunikation mit Sanja war zu jederzeit hervorragend. Ihre Bereitschaft, jederzeit zu helfen, empfanden wir als sehr professionell. Die Wegbeschreibung sowie die Anfahrt waren problemlos. Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Budva mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die gesamte Bucht. Wir waren 5 Personen und verbrachten 18 Nächte dort. “Great place to stay, very clean & comfortable. There is separate Air con downstairs now as well as upstairs which is really useful. Pool was clean & very useable. The house had everything we needed & was easy to find with the instructions provided. Plenty of good quality communication put our minds at rest & Dusanka was an excellent host. There is a great cafe open from 7am to 11pm about 100 metres from the house which we went to every day for coffee/tea/Ice creams & the bakery section. Hercog...

“Wonderful location and property that met our needs perfectly. Very well appointed, extremely clean. Responsive and welcoming host. Four good bedrooms with private bathroom facilities made the trip perfect for the 4 couples. The location is excellent - out of Kotor (busy), with restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. The elevator from road level to the house was useful for luggage. “Es war ein Traumurlaub! Die Unterkunft,der Pool,das Grundstück,die Aussicht,es war alles mehr als perfekt!Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend,hat immer wieder nachgefragt,ob es an was fehlt.Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Ausblick genossen. Ja,das Grundstück befindet sich auf einem Hang,aber das sollte einem vor der Buchung bewusst sein.Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!!!”

“Host lovely, helpful and fixed a couple of minor niggles that we had promptly.The property was clean but a little tired.There are 70 steps from the car park to the pool area.It is arranged over 3 floors. However, the floors do not interconnect internally so not ideal for families with small children.Pool was an oversized plunge pool, well kept and very refreshing in the heat.Fabulous views.”

“The property was easy to find and the host was responsive to my communications. I did have to initiate things though: e.g. sending details of guests so that we were registered for the tourist tax (non-payment can result in a 150 fine at the airport). Also on the day we arrived at the airport, there was an EU Summit taking place, rendering all the roads in and out of the airport closed for 2 days. We were not notified of this by the host and only found about it on arrival from the hire car...
