The two Tuscan towns, destinations of artistic, historical, architectural and gastronomic interest, deserve to be visited with attention. If you love good wine, or if you wish to discover it, you can't miss the appointment with the Nobile di Montepulciano, there are tastings at a good price in the countless ancient cellars of the city.

Enclosed swimming pool, and outdoor equipped spaces. Podere San Bono has a large fenced green area equipped with gazebo, garden furniture, barbecue, wood-burning oven. There is plenty of space to spend good family time in the garden and around the swimming pool (size 6x12 m., depth 1,20-1,80 m., completely fenced and safe for children - open from 01st May to 30th September). Your small four-legged friends are also welcome.

Rustic charm. Podere San Bono has a rustic charm, guests say there is something special about this beautiful property, an atmosphere that remains in the heart. The interior fitting and finishing is of a good standard (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, mosquito nets etc.) On request the owner will prepare typical Tuscan dinners for you.

FIRST FLOOR: with entrance through external staircase, composed of kitchen-dining room, two double bedrooms one of which with ensuite bathroom with shower, single bedroom, bathroom with shower. Small panoramic balcony.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 160.
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 7 each per day.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay.

It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
